The sales manager Dave MacDougall is AMAZING!! I had purchased a gift certificate almost a year ago for detailing packaging and that manager was no longer at this dealership. I spoke with Dave and I had purchased a gift certificate almost a year ago for detailing packaging and that manager was no longer at this dealership. I spoke with Dave and he honored the certificate and had the team do the most AMAZING job I have ever seen before. My car looked brand new and the attention to detail spoke volumes. I would considering buying my next car from here for the pride they have for customer service on a detailing package. I cannot imagine the service level if buying a vehicle. Very impressed! Great experience! I came in to Steele Chrysler looking for a 2015 Fiat that I saw advertised on their website. When I arrived on the lot I was immediately approached by James Anderson. Upon discussion I was immediately impressed by his honesty, sincerity and knowledge. Instead of using pressure sales tactics he educated me and presented me with options. He took his time to make sure the vehicle was thoroughly inspected prior to purchase. He even helped me program my bluetooth before I left the lot. The only unfavorable comment I can make is that I was tied up for 3 hours dealing with the financing portion of the sale. However, this was outside of his control. Best of all, the car is running perfectly. Since the purchase, I have recommended that anyone looking for a vehicle go see James. You won't be dissapointed! Unbelievably Unprofessional Dealership Bought a 2 year old Town and Country van last year and was assured repeatedly it had undergone a thorough inspection and passed with flying colors. St Bought a 2 year old Town and Country van last year and was assured repeatedly it had undergone a thorough inspection and passed with flying colors. Started having problems immediately, the van spent more time with the dealership than with us. After almost 2 months of this crap (where we were repeatly given a 2 door loaner car for our family of 6), they had to take our van back and gave us an identical van. Fast forward to this month when we discovered that during our last oil change at the dealership they neglected to rotate our tires - which we paid for. Tires were therefore worn and have to be replaced. We also noticed that our plates had expired and were wondering why the DMV hadn't sent the renewal paperwork. Turns out Steele Chrysler hadn't registered our vehicle as we were told they would. Unacceptable.DO NOT purchase from this dealership!! Our one and only experience has been a source of complete frustration and disappointment. More

Bought Used car-good service We dealt with Bobby who was helpful without the pressure you usually feel at a dealership and we weren't treated like we were stupid. We were originally looking at new 2016 vans that had a 30% off sale, but went with a used one in the end. The wait to pick up was a bit long, but that wasn't Bobby's fault. They were having trouble getting the carpets fully clean. We did notice they did not lubricate the door lock or the latches on the doors, but I will mention that when I go to pick up the second key. They didnt have both the keys right away but within a couple days had the second key ready for pick up. Jennifer also finished up the finance part. Really liked her "To Do list" she printed out which made pick up easy. She also suggested a paint protection due to where we park and also interior protection due to kids. She also had everything organized that I would need if ever asked by law enforcement as I wait for the new paper work to come in the mail. More
