Getting the information I needed. I knew I wanted a specific car and I would buy it within six months. I was hoping for an unusual colour but after looking online and talking to James I knew I wanted a specific car and I would buy it within six months. I was hoping for an unusual colour but after looking online and talking to James I realized it would take time and I couldn't get the price for next year's version for some time. Without any pressure James invited me to test drive a car that would be arriving soon. When It got there I tried it, loved it, bought it. Without being pushy James helped me make up my mind; that wasn't much of a challenge, but James was helpful with points about financing, what was included and even his own experience with that model. I'm fairly decisive so most of the conversation could have been faster, but overall it was a good experience and i'm delighted with my car and glad I have it NOW! More
