We were originally looking at new 2016 vans that had a 30% off sale, but went with a used one in the end. The wait to pick up was a bit long, but that wasn't Bobby's fault. They were having trouble getting the carpets fully clean. We did notice they did not lubricate the door lock or the latches on the doors, but I will mention that when I go to pick up the second key. They didnt have both the keys right away but within a couple days had the second key ready for pick up. Jennifer also finished up the finance part. Really liked her "To Do list" she printed out which made pick up easy. She also suggested a paint protection due to where we park and also interior protection due to kids. She also had everything organized that I would need if ever asked by law enforcement as I wait for the new paper work to come in the mail. More

Amazingly Simple I went to the Steele Chrysler Dealership on the Bedford Highway on the advise of a friend who knew I was looking to replace my "current" vehicle. My initial intent was to look at used trucks, mostly for my own information and future consideration; that was a Tuesday. In dealing with the friendly, professional staff (i.e. Dylan Landry and Jennifer Kerr-Gibbons for financing arrangements), I had a 2016 RAM 1500 SLT sitting in my driveway by Friday, and am positively thrilled. Dylan was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle, and extremely patient with any questions or concerns; he arranged for the minor modifications in an extremely timely manner so that I could take possession as quickly as possible with minimum stress to me. Jennifer was very friendly, obviously very familiar with an assortment of financial products and options; she made the whole financing issue very simple, but tailored to my specific circumstances. Overall, I would recommend this dealership and staff to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle; they are proud of the product that they are offering and made the entire process of a major purchase more painless and stress free than I ever expected.
