The worst service department ever. they never answer the phone, they never return calls. If somehow you get through, they never know the status of your vehicle. They had my vehicle ove they never answer the phone, they never return calls. If somehow you get through, they never know the status of your vehicle. They had my vehicle over six months, finally picked it up, and had the same problem as I brought it in for. Now they won't answer. The extended warranty they deal with is a major hassle to get anything repaired through. Do not buy a used car or any vehicle from these people. they are borderline scam. More
Had to share my dissapointment on this branch, i guess not recommendable to if you planning to buy new/used car here after we bought used car and raised our concern to agent Hanna together with his genera not recommendable to if you planning to buy new/used car here after we bought used car and raised our concern to agent Hanna together with his general manager and just simply doesn’t care anymore to customer. we boughtused ford escape and after 3 days i just texted the sales agent that why is there lack of power and need to press harder when you drive and the rpm was high .so we are requesting for them to check it but instead of offering us a solution, Hanna just simply say” oh i have to talk to my gm and when she is back she just say” oh my manager said you need to pay for diagnostic” so i was like can you please atleast offer this for free to ease our mind?” as this is only not more than 5days? One important lesson that they need is not only after the sales but to have an after feedback to customer. because you will earn more customer again, they are just after your money, i know its only diagnostic fee but getting 15k to your sales. just oh wow… so i ended up paying $226. i know for you guys its only diagnostic that we are asking but being greedy to people sometime has karma.So to all of you that planning to buy a car please not on this branch if you dont want to experience headache after.. I brought my vehicle in for a recall. It was Booked got there on time. Wanted for the curiosity vehicle. Then 2.5 hours later. They let me know they ran out of parts for the recall. My son bought his first car (used) from GOAUTO - Spruce Grove Hyundai. We brought it home and spent a few days getting the insurance and registration sorted out. My son turned on the sound system and noted that it sounded funny. After a couple days he checked the speakers and sure enough, the rear door speaker didn’t work. I went back to the dealership and talked to the salesperson we dealt with….and she was very accommodating in explaining to the service person that our newly purchased car had an issue with the speaker and to book an appointment to fix it. Long story short…..the service department called back and said it would cost $350 to get “2 blown speakers” fixed. As my son went back to pick up the vehicle, he had a discussion with the service person whom took instruction from the dealership manager who was hiding in his office, and was told that it is not up to the dealership to fix the speakers. My son then went directly to that manager and was told by the manager, “how do I know you didn’t blow up the speakers”. After some further discussion the Manager said he “might” be able to knock off a couple dollars to get the speakers fixed. Wow, talk about a great first car buying experience for my son. End of story is that I had to explain to my son that once GOAUTO - Spruce Grove Hyundai had his money, they couldn’t care less about him or if the car fell apart. As a Parkland County resident, I believe in supporting my local community businesses but in this case, I will never go back to GOAUTO - Spruce Grove Hyundai’s for purchasing or servicing my vehicles. If this is how they treat a young man with his first buying experience, just imagine how they will treat you. P.S. Look at their ratings on-line. I never seen so many 1 star ratings for a dealership. They must be proud… More

Bought a used Toyota Sienna, which was fairly new. The dealership gave no documentation of its history or condition, but we ignored this because of its newness. Shortly after we brought it home, the windshield developed a crack from the edge (probably they filled a crack that was too big, just for show). Also, they failed to mention the lack of block heater. Made us pay an extra $800 because we weren't financing. Now I wonder what else they failed to disclose. Take your business elsewhere. More
The sales team of Emersyn (sale), Larissa (finance) and Tiffanie (finance) were absolutely amazing. Started with Emersyn showing what we wanted and quick chat to set price. Then to finance. With a first time buyer they jumped every hurdle thrown at them. Son left with exactly what he wanted at the price agreed. After being disappointed with some.other dealerships and less than honest salesmen, this was the best experience ever. If you are buying a vehicle, and want to be treated fairly, you must see these people. I can not stress enough how these 3 people broke every negative stereotype of car salesmen. I will be buying my next vehicle from them specifically. More
