I purchased a 2014 Jeep Cherokee from this dealership in January 2026. Within approximately 14 hours of use, the vehicle experienced a serious transmission failure, including loss of power and entering limp January 2026. Since that point, the vehicle has been repeatedly returned for diagnosis and repair attempts. Despite involvement from both the dealership and a third-party service facility, the issue has not been properly identified or resolved. For the majority of the time since purchase, the vehicle has been out of my possession and under the dealership’s control. This has resulted in ongoing loss of use, financial burden, and continued safety concerns. What is most concerning is that the vehicle continues to present an unpredictable transmission issue that affects drivability and raises legitimate safety concerns for both the driver and other road users. While a loaner vehicle was provided at times, this does not resolve the underlying issue: the vehicle sold has not proven to be reliable or consistently safe for normal use. At this stage, I am pursuing formal action to resolve this matter. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing a vehicle here to proceed with extreme caution and ensure any vehicle is independently inspected and fully verified before purchase. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership. More
Salesperson Daniel was great. It was Wally the finance guy who promised on the phone he would work on a better price and did not. We were told the packages were ‘factory installed’ and couldn’t be removed, yet when the car arrived none of them were there. The deal we agreed to with Richie (Homam Mustafa) verbally and on paper was co couldn’t be removed, yet when the car arrived none of them were there. The deal we agreed to with Richie (Homam Mustafa) verbally and on paper was completely changed when we were rushed into signing different terms. They overcharged us, broke promises, and Richie even threatened to call the police if we didn’t leave with the car — which he actually did. Hands down the WORST dealership experience we’ve ever had. Despite this concerning issue, Hyundai Canada has stated experiencing excessive oil consumption, losing over 800mL of oil in approximately 2,500 km. Despite this concerning issue, Hyundai Canada has stated that this level of oil loss is considered normal, which I find completely unacceptable. Even more frustrating is that my local dealership has acknowledged concerns regarding engine wear in writing, yet Hyundai Canada refuses to stand behind its product. This raises serious questions about the reliability of Hyundai vehicles and the company’s commitment to customer support. If you are considering purchasing a Hyundai vehicle, I strongly encourage you to research excessive oil consumption issues that many Hyundai owners have reported. My experience has been deeply disappointing, and I believe potential buyers should be fully aware of the risks before making a decision. Hyundai’s handling of warranties and known mechanical issues has left me frustrated and dissatisfied. I sincerely hope the company reconsiders how it supports its customers in the future. More
Openly discussed what I was looking for, how much I was hoping to pay, and asked to get close or reach it. I said I'd buy immediately if they could. Instead they played games and insulted me.
