Wonderful, dedicated service! I recently went to Toyota Spinelli to buy my first used car. Because I had learned to drive late in life and had owned only one car before, the in's I recently went to Toyota Spinelli to buy my first used car. Because I had learned to drive late in life and had owned only one car before, the in's and out's of buying a pre-owned car were foreign to me. I was nervous when I arrived, but found the staff friendly and welcoming. My salesperson was Normand Latreille and he was truly wonderful. He put me at ease right away, patiently answering all my questions and more. He did his very best to give me the best deal he could within my rather tight budget. Even though in the end I didn't buy from Spinelli because a family member later offered me something at a good price, I won't forget how very helpful and dedicated Normand was throughout my experience of shopping for a car at Spinelli. My first service appointment promises were not kept, time delays not respected My experiences with Spinelli Pointe-Claire have been below acceptable. My first service appointment promises were not kept, time delays not respected and I was even misinformed. These statements were even confirmed by multiple of their service team. My second experience was even less satisfactory. Wrong parts ordered (even though I asked several times on ordering if they made sure it was the right part). Now I was inconvenienced and they refuse to do anything and told me to come back in when they receive the right part. The part is under warranty so unfortunately I have no choice but to go back to them. This dealership is disorganized and does not do what they can to keep customers happy. Service at this dealer used to be good, they have gone downhill over the past years. More
