It is not something that I would expect to say about a dealer, but it was a very good experience. I was supported by the sales team (Kyleigh Pacheco), maintenance team (service manager Yatish Desai), and dealer, but it was a very good experience. I was supported by the sales team (Kyleigh Pacheco), maintenance team (service manager Yatish Desai), and the finance team (Mary Greenstein). All of them were so nice, and they genuinely wanted to help me to resolve my problems. I had an issue with my previous car, and the Spinelli team helped me to address it. I was able to complete the transaction in one day, and my new car was delivered (thank you the delivery team for preparing the car - Kash was very helpful). As well, I had a chance to witness the team’s cooperation when I was dropping off my previous car. The sales team helped me, and even the receptionist helped me to pass the message to the service team, even when I called 10 minutes before 9 pm.
