Bad service from the Financial services department This is my 4th time leasing a car from Spinelli Pointe-Claire and I was terribly disappointed with the service that my I received from George Yacoubia This is my 4th time leasing a car from Spinelli Pointe-Claire and I was terribly disappointed with the service that my I received from George Yacoubian in the Financial service department. He was friendly at the beginning but once I told him (three times) that I did not want to purchase the extended warranty his attitude was poor and unprofessional. He made a comment to my husband and I as he left the building (we were admiring a nice car) that "that car is out of your budget". He also failed to send important information to our insurance company. Unfortunately not sure if I will be back. More

Wonderful, dedicated service! I recently went to Toyota Spinelli to buy my first used car. Because I had learned to drive late in life and had owned only one car before, the in's I recently went to Toyota Spinelli to buy my first used car. Because I had learned to drive late in life and had owned only one car before, the in's and out's of buying a pre-owned car were foreign to me. I was nervous when I arrived, but found the staff friendly and welcoming. My salesperson was Normand Latreille and he was truly wonderful. He put me at ease right away, patiently answering all my questions and more. He did his very best to give me the best deal he could within my rather tight budget. Even though in the end I didn't buy from Spinelli because a family member later offered me something at a good price, I won't forget how very helpful and dedicated Normand was throughout my experience of shopping for a car at Spinelli.
