Service is definitely sub-par My experiences with Spinelli Pointe-Claire have been below acceptable. My first service appointment promises were not kept, time delays not respected My experiences with Spinelli Pointe-Claire have been below acceptable. My first service appointment promises were not kept, time delays not respected and I was even misinformed. These statements were even confirmed by multiple of their service team. My second experience was even less satisfactory. Wrong parts ordered (even though I asked several times on ordering if they made sure it was the right part). Now I was inconvenienced and they refuse to do anything and told me to come back in when they receive the right part. The part is under warranty so unfortunately I have no choice but to go back to them. This dealership is disorganized and does not do what they can to keep customers happy. Service at this dealer used to be good, they have gone downhill over the past years. More

Very professinal. Makes you feel valued and heard. Rafik took care to make sure everything I needed was looked after. The delivery with Steven was excellent...professional, smooth and he knows his stuff. Very efficient, A pleasure to do buisness with both Steven and Rafik. The overall experience is the best I have had since buying cars from this dealership. More

The sales team are friendly, I'll give them that, but you definitely get the vibe that they're only after your money and don't care about you. Fine. I get that, you guys need to make a living too. However, when we're talking about tens of thousands of dollars - you should be a bit more courteous to your clients. When someone calls - if you say you'll call them back. Do it. Don't leave people hanging. It truly is unprofessional on your part. If this was a one time deal, it wouldn't be worth mentioning. But it's every. darn. time. It's as if they're trying to make sure you get locked in before the initial 30 day period is over. To potential buyers - Get the car inspected - They will pull out a "list of maintenance" done to the car - Have it checked over by a mechanic you trust, I'm sure they will find some problems that they listed as "good". Also be warned that they will most definitely push for the extended warranty - it's just an extra $4000 (nearly in my case) to be added to the bill with a big white box where my coverage "plan" should be listed. Contacting the warranty provider led me to believe this was a "phantom" warranty. Since even the warranty provider is unsure of what is covered on my car. All in all - Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere or make sure they give you all the answers you need answered before signing the papers. Don't make the same mistakes I made. More

I been driving and going to garages since many many years and i have never but never seen a unprofessional service like Spinelli Toyota and also Spinelli Honda and i assume the other spinelli are the same crap. These guys do not give xxxx about the clients, even do they are faulty in a situation they do not accept it, even do they do repair your car wrong, they will blame something else. Very very and experience, a friend of mine had told me to not buy my car from them but i didnt listen to him as the name is well known. Anyways AVOID it at all cost!! More
Customer care, customer satisfaction, very funny!!!, Simply all what they care about is making sale! ( get commission or get money) Very very bad experience, I was there once and will not happen again. Simply all what they care about is making sale! ( get commission or get money) Very very bad experience, I was there once and will not happen again. Attitude problem, unprofessional service, careless team from general manager and down. All what they care about is money. i give them zero across the board and trust me people are not stupid. Big actors If they try you once never again. They will spent their life time making money but not one loyal customer. I took off the logo spenelli from my car and I with my money I can buy any where. Too bad!!! More

I used Atotrader.com to preview what cars were kicking around the Montreal used car dealers - I noted that Spinelli had a number of Toyota Yaris' on the roster. I read up on all the tech specs of said car, checked the black book listings (in public library ) for the average 2013-2014 prices vs. KMS/bells and whistles. I've visited two other non-Toyota dealers to view different cars previous to the Spinelli drop in. When I walked into Spinelli Toyota (used car section) on a quiet Saturday morning, four salesmen were present. I was acknowledged by one salesman (Edward) who was occupied with licence plates. The others were engrossed in the screens of their electronic devices (not even a golden lock of hair stirred upon their downy noggins . . .). Edward was at first pleasant and talkative: he asked what I was looking for. I informed him I wanted to check out any 2013-2014 Toyota Yaris, manual, with 5 doors and between 25-80k on the odometer. He immediately directed me to a 2016 Yaris on the sales floor. I reminded him I was looking for a 2013-2014. He didn't think he had any (many?) that matched my needs. I said, pointing, "What are those outside?". There were 3-4 Toyota Yaris' lined up in the lot. He said that they were for sale - and indeed - they were Toyota Yaris. I went out to look at 'em - he soon followed - and I asked to see inside of one particular 2013 Yaris. He informed me that "[sic] . . . I have no key. I have some good Matrix and Corolla on hand - come look at them." (Me): "I don't want to see them. I want to look inside this car and see the engine?" *Long pause* " Edward: "Come inside - we can talk some numbers and see what we can do with this purchase." Me: "I'm not ready to buy today, thanks. I just want to have a look inside the car. Can I take it for test drive?" He then walked off back into the salesroom. I puttered around the other Toyota Yaris' for a few minute. Edward returned. I asked: "I'd like to take this one for a drive?" Edward: "No problem - come inside and we can see what your budget is and get the important information." Me: " No thanks - bye." I walked back to my car. I remember reading used car buying advice years ago, and one important point I remembered was "know your walking point". No service, terrible listening, and no sale from me. Maybe I'll try Spinelli again in the future - but not for my current car needs. More

He asked what my wish list was and gave me different car options, let me test drive all of them, and answered any questions I had. I felt he was honest, and he was very nice. He found me the car I drive today, and it's great! More
Great Service, very professional After several months of shopping, I finally came across a dealership that did not make my car shopping experience frustrating. I would like to thank D After several months of shopping, I finally came across a dealership that did not make my car shopping experience frustrating. I would like to thank David Blain-Curnick (Sales Representative - Pre-owned vehicles) for his professionalism and his attention to detail. He is meticulous in his work from the beginning of the sale right to the end. He is respectful and not pushy and this made all the difference for me in the end. I would also like to thank Teodor Kertesz (Financial Service Representative) for his ability to smoothly process the last part of the sales transaction with ease. I felt confident because he is very experienced; within an hour he had processed Finance, Insurance & Registration and I was able to drive away with my Toyota Yaris for the long weekend. I never thought I'd say this but thanks David & Teodor for making my car shopping experience memorable. Josee C More
Merci Toyota! Diane L. More
