Positive Car buying experience, thanks to Jordan Peterson I traveled from Calgary to Edmonton and purchased my 2015 Genesis sedan from Southtown with the help of Jordan Peterson. I had noticed this car on an I traveled from Calgary to Edmonton and purchased my 2015 Genesis sedan from Southtown with the help of Jordan Peterson. I had noticed this car on another Hyundai dealership's website, and after not having my voice messages and emails replied to for two days, I contacted Jordan to see if he could help. Jordan was awesome, he arranged transfer of the vehicle to his dealership, took an HD video of the car, top to bottom and emailed it to me, all within 2 hours of my initial call to him. After a few more phone calls, I drove north to see the car, and to drive it. Jordan made the experience easy and pleasant. He was low pressure, always respectful, worked with me to make the car fit my budget, and understood all the features of the vehicle and explained everything. Jordan was always available to take a phone call from me, and his after sales support has been tremendous. In addition to Jordan's superb service, I found all the staff at Southtown to be polite and helpful. More

I didn't like the feeling after I was done with the finance guy. He was nice but very pushy with a couple of the products I didn't want to buy and was (tried) to feel stupid if I didn't. I shouldn't have to be rude to say no thank you. Please respect the customers decision. Thanks More

Never ending sales pitch The salesman was great he found me a car at the right price and we had a smooth negotiation. However when I came back a couple of days later to pick up the vehicle I was a little annoyed. The finance manager Colin Baker is basically a salesman in disguise who will try to sell you all sorts of add ons and extended warranties. I expect that stuff to be offered but it should be when you are purchasing the vehicle not when picking it up. Also if a customer says no about 10 times take a hint and stop with the pressure tactics. Just ruined the whole buying experience for me and I won't be setting foot back in that place. More

Too good to be true!!!
