Genuine Help! Wanted to try the Sante Fe Sport and wasn't sure if I liked it or not, so they let me take it home for a few days to test out. I didn't love it, so th Wanted to try the Sante Fe Sport and wasn't sure if I liked it or not, so they let me take it home for a few days to test out. I didn't love it, so they let me compare it with other vehicles from other dealers. I ended up falling in love with the Tucson, but it wouldn't have been if DJ hadn't been so patient with me and open to any SUVS (even if it wasn't Hyundai) to try! They will definitely take good care of you here! More

Great finance team, sales team shysters I was very impressed with the finance department, they did a great job of getting my low rate with minimal down payment, so if that what you really n I was very impressed with the finance department, they did a great job of getting my low rate with minimal down payment, so if that what you really need the perhaps dealing with the sales team may be worth the effort. Ok on to the bad bit. I was promised from the first conversation that I had with their sales person that I would get a safari rack on the fully loaded $50,000 jeep I was interested in, this was the only condition I had to commiting to buy from the as I was also looking at another one at a different dealership that had the rack already on. In our 4-5 conversations the roof rack was discussed and assured every time, it was suppose to be on it when I picked it up, I love out of the city so I was driving in soesifically to get this done. Half way there I was told that now the roof rack would take 3 days to ship in.... Right then I should have turned around, but I figured ok I can handle another quick trip in for the install, I had already paid a depost to have the truck "held". So we are going through paperwork and I give him the rest of the down payment, he takes it and tells me he is going to check on the roof rack...... He returns with his manager informing me that I'm never getting a roof rack, but he would give me some silly gift card to some go auto something or other and that he was taking a loss on it as it was blah blah blah. Needless to say I was unimpressed and tempted to walk out, but as my current jeep was truly on its last legs, and I was already a couple hours from home with it, not to mention the finance rate was impressive, I still went ahead with the sale, but I can't give them a good reveiw do to the fact that I was lied to manpanipulate into the sale. It's a great jeep but it in not what was agreed to and if I had been told upfront the truth i could have chosen the jeep that suited my needs. Sincerely Guess who's not canoeing this weekend More
