TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE The worst customer service in the entire world - they will take your money, but that is about it. If zero stars were an option, that would be what the The worst customer service in the entire world - they will take your money, but that is about it. If zero stars were an option, that would be what they would get. I have purchase 2 vehicles from this place - and want to prevent anyone else from making the same mistake. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE- there is zero support for issues that arise - from faulty seat belts (2013 Elantra) to keyless entry issues, broken fan belt which resulted in an exploding engine (2012 Elantra), you will get the same response " there is nothing that we feel like doing for you - that is of course if you are lucky enough to have them return your phone calls. Nothing but broken promises. As one consumer to another - take your money somewhere that appreciates you after the ink is dry! More
Ripped off Twice!! During the purchase negotiations we were told that we were eligible for 0% financing for half of the vehicle cost. The remaining 50% we would then do During the purchase negotiations we were told that we were eligible for 0% financing for half of the vehicle cost. The remaining 50% we would then do as cash. When doing the final sign off of financing papers, they "almost" tricked us into signing for a standard interest rate loan vs 0%. We perceived it as a bait and switch con! Hence we almost cancelled the deal but instead paid cash for the vehicle as we were not initially planning to finance the vehicle. My most recent experience was during a service appointment over their so called "loaner" vehicles. The dealership seems to have done away with their "GoAuto" loaners which was a real selling feature during the vehicle sale. They now use Budget rentals. I specifically asked if there would be charges for use of the rental vehicle and not once was it mentioned about gas useage fees. My vehicle was only supposed to be in the shop for one day, however service personnel called and said they could not get it done and asked if I would pick it up the following day before closing. I agreed to this and again asked is there a cost for the rental? I was assured there would be no cost. Well much to my surprise when I looked at my credit card statement charges were put through by Budget. I placed calls to the service dept and also Budget. Funny how it comes out now that yes the user is responsible for gas!! I'm done with this dealership and maybe even Hyundai!! More

Jerry made me feel very welcome with showing all different types of vehicles under Hyundai and when I had my eyes on Sonata, he gave me opportunities to drive both hybrid and non hybrid. Garfield then did the negotiation with me and it was easy. Genevieve took care of my finances and it was great. I'd recommend anybody buying a new car to this dealership More

Buyer beware of any promotions they offer. They will use it to bait you in then switch it out if you don't have it in explicit writing. Just got scammed by their of any promotions they offer. They will use it to bait you in then switch it out if you don't have it in explicit writing. Just got scammed by their "Cashino" promotion. We gave them our promotion id number when we first sat down, then after the deposit was down, they told us that they didn't have any prizes left except for the $10,000 prize so we get nothing. Then they said they'd look into it after we sign the paperwork. Next day, they said they spoke to the manager and that the promotion had to be done before signing the deal. Happy with the car, but very upset about being scammed at such a low level. I know they have a disclaimer stating they can change the terms of the promotion at any time, which denies me any legal recourse, but sleazy tactics are sleazy tactics. More

I was going through a recent death of my mother as well as some personal physical issues which required me to buy an automatic drive car. Jonathan was attentive, sensitive to my needs and was able to find a car that perfectly suited my needs and negotiated to a price that would work for me. Jonathan is extremely knowledgeable and very personable without any pressure. During this sad time in my life, the experience of purchasing through Jonathan was like m birthday and Christmas rolled into one. Hyundai is lucky to have Jonathan on their team!!! I am one happy customer and will definitely tell friends and family to go to Jonathan to purchase in future. I will definitely come back! More
Get your service done elsewhere. I bring my Elantra in for its regular oil change and advise the service technician that since getting my car serviced the time before last my air cond I bring my Elantra in for its regular oil change and advise the service technician that since getting my car serviced the time before last my air conditioner does not always work, I describe the circumstances when this occurs (immediately upon turning on the car and does not occur every time but a handful of times per week) he assures me they will look into it and hopefully rectify the problem. This is the 2nd time I have asked them to look into this. I return to pick up my car and am advised that they ran my car for 30 minutes and the air conditioner worked just fine, they checked for leaks and drained the coolant (all things that had done the time before which had been noted on my file) and could not figure out the issue and as a result would be charging me labor for the time spent looking into this, but would give me the deal of only charging me for half the time that they actually spent. I pointed out that it does not just randomly stop when running and this situation only occurs IMMEDIATELY upon turning on my car, so it is no wonder they could not pin point the issue. Service departments are a dime a dozen and Ill be sure to go to one that actually listens. More
