If there was something I didn't understand he would take the time to explain it in a different way, without seeming annoyed or frustrated. He listened to my requests, brought various cars in for a test drive and took the time to explain the pros and cons of the vehicles, etc. He was very detailed and organized when it came to explaining payment structure and I felt like he was on my team when negotiating with the finance department. You could really tell that Mark had my best interests in mind and that he treats all of his clients with this same level of service. Mark is able to take the stress out of the car buying experience, by making sure you feel like you have all the information necessary to make the right decision and that you also have a laugh in the process. More

When I came back Jennifer introduced me to DJ who had a presentation ready for me regarding the possibility of upgrading. While I'm not quite ready to trade up at this time I will defiantly be going back to purchase my new vehicle from them. The process was smooth and not high pressure.
