We were given a maintenance report indicating the problem on the vehicles that we decided to get fixed elsewhere. Our throttle body malfunctioned 15 days into our new vehicle and that wasn't disclosed on the report, not to mention the tires were unusable. The day we were meant to pick up our vehicle, we took off work early to grab it, only to show up and them tell us it wasn't ready, even though they confirmed earlier.... they couldn't pick up the phone before we packed our 2 kids up? We financed a back up camera to be installed, and it needed to be ordered for installation. We were told 10 days. We called after 2 weeks to check in- it was there but no one bothered to call us. They asked us to bring the vehicle in, were told it would be ready the next day. They called the next day and said they need another day. They called the 3rd day to say they are missing a part.... The sales team, finance team, and maintenance team are all unprofessional and incompetent. I wish we could go back in time and buy somewhere else. Buyers beware. More
As I have stored my tires with them this is the second season. I had arranged to pick up my tires today and take them to have a friend change over for me. Upon arrival I learned that the tires that were there were not my tires I bought my vehicle in Dec 2021 and the vehicle is a 2022 Jeep. So brand new. Now I don’t know where my original tires are!!! 😡😡😡. Do not store with this service department!!! More

This is my second experience with this dealership and both have been horrific. I only went back as it was the only place I found the vehicle I was looking for. The initial dealings were great and accommo both have been horrific. I only went back as it was the only place I found the vehicle I was looking for. The initial dealings were great and accommodating I was promised the vehicle at the latest on the Monday after I bought the vehicle on a Thursday. No communication and when I called to find out what time I was to pick up they had no clue. This went on for a week until I showed up at the dealership. At that point the GM Rob Sirianni began playing the game. He claimed he had been all over my sale and that someone should have called as my vehicle was just being finished the detailing and was ready for pickup. It was clear they were scrambling and the detailing had just started. The soft top was in pieces and only the removable windows were in the back. They broke every promise that was made on the sale. The soft top that was to be included with the jeep was in parts all over the dealership and could not be provided when I finally did get the Jeep a week later. The General Manager Rob Sirianni guaranteed a new soft top in writing if they could not find the pieces. A week later after our calls have been dodged my adult son is sitting and waiting at the dealership to get some kind of action. They cannot find the pieces for the soft top as it is all over the dealership. I was charged to have the car detailed, fuelled and reconditioned. The detailing was horrendous. In the photos you can see the dirt, stains and sunflower seeds after the detailing was complete. Rob indicated he would comp me a free tank of fuel. I had payed for the fuel in my invoice that he was claiming was for my troubles. BUYER BEWARE... They do not keep promises and do not fulfill their sales agreement... I have been seriously screwed over by this dealership! More
Absolutely horrible experience , it’s taken over 3 weeks just to receive my contract and vehicle information from them . We received our suv and within 48 hours it was back with them with a oil leak that just to receive my contract and vehicle information from them . I would highly recommend going somewhere else. Save your time , money and sanity and deal with a more professional and reliable company . More
Dealing with Patrick Sloan was a terrible experience, always promised good pricing, and when it got time to write it down on paper and get a deposit he inflated all of his prices, and ignores screen shot always promised good pricing, and when it got time to write it down on paper and get a deposit he inflated all of his prices, and ignores screen shots of texts where he said what payments and prices were. He is very pushy for a deposit without revealing the final Prices and payments. Would still like to purchase the car but not using him. More

Extremely bad experience. Traded my car in for a van, had to return the van 3 times to make sure it was up to new pick up specs. Still had all the X's on vehicle from the PDI, Traded my car in for a van, had to return the van 3 times to make sure it was up to new pick up specs. Still had all the X's on vehicle from the PDI, undercoating was done wrong, and 3M poorly put on and had to get both redone. Would not recommend this dealership to anyone and will never go there again, already made another vehicle purchase at Great West Chrysler in West Edmonton and it was a night and day difference. More
If there was a lower number of stars i would, took my three month old truck in to get serviced and when i went to go pick it up there was a 12 inch scratch on the passenger side doors. I told them that i knew for a fact that it wasn't there the day we dropped it off but they denied that they did anything and that it was there when we brought it in. Miriam Stuparyk the service advisor was very rude to my spouse and didn't want anything to do with her she only likes dealing with men. Kris Shukaliak also has very poor customer skills, when i first met him he didn't even care that my spouse was there, didn't ask for her name just directed his attention to me. On the other side of the dealership the sales team is amazing and have no problem with them and recommend people to go see Tafara Nemutambwe and Jonah Gardner if your looking for a new car. i WILL NOT BE taking my truck back to them for ANY service. they need to work on there people skills and to own up to there mistakes. More
