Just wanted to let people know not to but vehicles here, the service is terrible, the salespeople are scammers and the products they have are all defective. The brand new 2025 truck I bought from this dealership has been in and out of the shop since I’ve bought it and I’ve only had the vehicle for 7 months, modules, electrical, alignment issues, now a motor issue. The truck has been in there shop now for the last 2 and half months with with no resolution in sight. Any go auto or Chrysler vehicles I’d stay away from. Sure it says new ownership, but all they did was put lipstick on a pig, and at the end of the day it’s still a pig!!!!! Make sure to look at your paperwork thoroughly to if you already did or are gonna buy from here anyways, they like to take peoples trade ins and fudge the numbers so you get nothing for them and they add money on to your new vehicle price. I highly recommend not using service department. Took my Dodge Ram in for a break job including replacing break lines. Within a few weeks brakes blew out. I was treated horribly especially by Miriam given different dates of available pick up and such attitude when they were at fault. In the end it was fixed and I was reimbursed for rental and tow but had to threaten civil action. This could have been very serious if angels weren't looking out for us that day and felt like I was dealing with the devil himself trying to get things rectified. More
Avoid Their Service Department - Damage After Oil Change I had an oil change done at Southtown Chrysler on Nov. 15, 2025, under the Mopar Stand-Alone Oil Change subscription, and within ten days m Change I had an oil change done at Southtown Chrysler on Nov. 15, 2025, under the Mopar Stand-Alone Oil Change subscription, and within ten days my car started leaking oil — something that never happened before their service (I bought this vehicle from another official dealer just 6 months ago with all inspections done, plus I had a third-party inspection as well). They called me in after I messaged the service advisor, and their own technician confirmed the leak was coming from the oil filter housing. And of course, I was quoted around $1,000 to fix damage that occurred immediately after they worked on the vehicle. Instead of taking responsibility, the service manager claimed these housings “can break any day,” as if it were just a coincidence. It seems he is unaware that under Alberta law, if a part that was functioning properly starts failing after a service, the company is responsible under the implied warranty for improper handling or workmanship. On top of that, Matthew Bishoff (service manager) doesn’t even respond to emails, which speaks volumes about the level of professionalism and customer care you can expect from this dealership. More
