They sold my son a vehicle 15 months ago for $32000 15 months ago that now has what they now say the $21000 is normal wear and tear on the vehicle and would only give him $5000-10000 on a trade in. Wow & wow, charging to check a vehicle when on warranty. Shame on you! I believe & still believe the transmission is slipping in my truck. I got nailed $206 for them to check & say no issues found.
