Wow & wow, charging to check a vehicle when on warranty. Shame on you! I believe & still believe the transmission is slipping in my truck. I got nailed $206 for them to check & say no issues found. have purchased this Nissan Rogue 2021 from your 4404-66 street, Edmonton dealership on 21 May 2024. To my surprise, the very next day i started hearing noises from the rear of the car and from the driver’s street, Edmonton dealership on 21 May 2024. To my surprise, the very next day i started hearing noises from the rear of the car and from the driver’s Seat as well. On 27 May, 2024, when i communicated this to the salesperson, he got me connected with his Manager, to whom i requested to get the inspection done as I was worried that the noise related to suspension and would comprise the safety of my family and the standards required under the Traffic Safety Act and the related regulations. However, the manager who i spoke with, sounded a bit agitated and wanted me to pay for the inspection and also advised me to take this vehicle to Nissan instead. To be honest, I started observing these noises the very next day i got the delivery of this vehicle when i drove this without any music and therefore, wanted to have an inspection done from your dealership from where i have taken the delivery of this vehicle on 22 May 2024 as i was worried for the safety aspects of this car. Now, that I have got the inspection done from another independent mechanic, and the issue seems to be with the rear bushes, which are cracked and needs to be replaced and which is why they are creating squeaking noises upon an uneven road, which is not normal at all. There are another two issues which is the cracking noise from the driver seat( frame most likely) and the worn out wipers. Further, as per the attached Mechanical Fitness Assessment dated 7 May 2024, everything is certified to be in compliance with the regulations by the signatory, which is not true in the present case. As a matter of fact, the declarations in the attached Mechanical Fitness Assessment lack reliance and value as these issues relate to the Suspension and the Frame & Body, which have been stated to be compliance in error in the present scenario.
