Terrible dealership. Once they make a sale your nothing to them. We showed up to pick up our truck and it wasn’t even washed! Its a nightmare this dealership from the moment I signed off on the bill of sale, I never had the chance to test drive the car because it was not safe to drive big mistake in my part It was missing a part t off on the bill of sale, I never had the chance to test drive the car because it was not safe to drive big mistake in my part It was missing a part that supposedly got stuck in the border. Fast forward 6 weeks later got a call the car is ready for pick up August 20. The moment we left the parking lot tire pressure light on, engine light it drove off to the highway the vehicle starts shaking when you go over 90 km. At this point okay let’s take it for a diagnostic and inspection from another dealership just to see if Southtown really did the necessary inspection prior to selling the car to me. Surprised nothing was done not even oil change, wheel alignment, balancing which was promised by the sales-rep, I’ll take care of you he said not blaming him. Capital Chrysler I was advised not to drive the car rear axle need replacement, back to Southtown Chrysler advised the service dept. the vehicle need oil change, power steering, wheel alignment pick up the car return back to the dealer because they did not do the wheel balancing. Frustrated at this time I am ready to scream not only we are paying for this car we hardly use the problems just keeps filing. August 30 went to the groceries which about 10 km from my house we noticed the Radiator overheated and water underneath the car opened the hood of the coolant reservoir burst. I have never encounter nor experienced a dishonest dealership they sold me a faulty car and the quality of service extremely poor. Do yourself a favor don’t be a victim of scammers. More
