Fast forward 6 weeks later got a call the car is ready for pick up August 20. The moment we left the parking lot tire pressure light on, engine light it drove off to the highway the vehicle starts shaking when you go over 90 km. At this point okay let’s take it for a diagnostic and inspection from another dealership just to see if Southtown really did the necessary inspection prior to selling the car to me. Surprised nothing was done not even oil change, wheel alignment, balancing which was promised by the sales-rep, I’ll take care of you he said not blaming him. Capital Chrysler I was advised not to drive the car rear axle need replacement, back to Southtown Chrysler advised the service dept. the vehicle need oil change, power steering, wheel alignment pick up the car return back to the dealer because they did not do the wheel balancing. Frustrated at this time I am ready to scream not only we are paying for this car we hardly use the problems just keeps filing. August 30 went to the groceries which about 10 km from my house we noticed the Radiator overheated and water underneath the car opened the hood of the coolant reservoir burst. I have never encounter nor experienced a dishonest dealership they sold me a faulty car and the quality of service extremely poor. Do yourself a favor don’t be a victim of scammers. More

Bought a car here, asked if there’s any damages at all. Was told the car is in perfect condition. After buying the vehicle, we saw there’s a crack on the windshield. The car was sold with winter tires on and we were not even notified which is super dangerous. Came to get the car fixed, no one even knows anything, there’s no communication at all. Had to come in to talk to someone because they keep bouncing us from department to department and getting sent to voicemail. These people do not care about their customers, I’d go literally anywhere else. More

Don't buy here, and do NOT take your vehicle here for repairs. I've been in and out of this shop with my NEW jeep(15k km) with the same issue over and over again without ever getting the repair completed repairs. We were given a maintenance report indicating the problem on the vehicles that we decided to get fixed elsewhere. Our throttle body malfunctioned 15 days into our new vehicle and that wasn't disclosed on the report, not to mention the tires were unusable. The day we were meant to pick up our vehicle, we took off work early to grab it, only to show up and them tell us it wasn't ready, even though they confirmed earlier.... they couldn't pick up the phone before we packed our 2 kids up? We financed a back up camera to be installed, and it needed to be ordered for installation. We were told 10 days. We called after 2 weeks to check in- it was there but no one bothered to call us. They asked us to bring the vehicle in, were told it would be ready the next day. They called the next day and said they need another day. They called the 3rd day to say they are missing a part.... The sales team, finance team, and maintenance team are all unprofessional and incompetent. I wish we could go back in time and buy somewhere else. Buyers beware. More
