We are sorry to hear that you are not happy with how things went with your Evo MR Purchase. Prior to pickup we Inspect the vehicle and its delivery condition by 3 different people. In the case of your vehicle the last inspection was completed by Aaron Glena. Aaron is very particular about how his vehicles need to be presented on delivery and your vehicle was checked off as 100%. As for the accusation that we called you a liar, That is absolutely not true. I did however try to explain the delivery process to you and you automatically went on a rant that I was calling you a liar. The condition of the vehicle when it left the dealership was 100%. That being said, something may have happened that was not caused by you however our records show the vehicle was 100% when you drove away. I can not help with replacement of parts that are damaged after delivery therefore I felt that offering you 100% of your money back was the best thing to do for both parties.
