So we went to this dealer (Southside Mitsubishi) to give our friend a company. When we get there, we look for Mike (Micheal Castro) because they knew him and his the one who gonna assist us, Mike showed us a couple of car to choose from but none of them "catch my attention", i felt bored so i asked my husband to go home and call it a day, and then Mike came to us and asked us if we want to see this car. He said the owner just trade-in that car, Mike showed the car to my husband and he likes it, he said we should get the car and i said i am not interested anymore because i already have in mind. But Mike together with Joe was so persistent and he give all this packages to us that we can't resist, I am satisfied with the customer service they provide us, and now that we are driving the car i am glad that we went to that dealer that night. More

Since day 1, Michael castro made me and my friend feel valued, when we entered the door immidiately michael waved his hand at us like he was expecting us to come and for me who is kinda iffy to come to a valued, when we entered the door immidiately michael waved his hand at us like he was expecting us to come and for me who is kinda iffy to come to a dealership it is really a big impression that the guys are really accomodating, I can say this because i went to other dealership ( sherwood park honda) early that morning and the employees there just ignored me, they just looked at me and I felt like im not a potential customer. When we talked to michael he showed us the cars they are selling. I got interested with the Evo and ralliart. He let us give the car a drive and it was awesome. The next day after knowing that the evo is not an option for me because of the price michael and joe gave me another option and that is the ralliart. In short i got the ralliart and i am so happy about it. Thanks to those two guys and i forgot to mention rahman or raman im not sure how to spell his name raman the fince manager who did hleped me to. On april 5 kevin another finance manager told us regarding some of the othr documents he is so nice too. Kevin did not wait for michael to assist us since michael is out with another client. Im so satisfied with guys working at southside mitsubishi and im pretty sure we will see each other again since im bringing my other friends to them. Thanks again guys! More
