hit and miss. I was very happy with Southside Mitsu when I bought my car. I was also happy when I got my first oil change - they were very quick. they washed my car (and it was a free service that time. They have not washed my car since for any paid service), they were polite and friendly. My last few appts have been less than great customer service. Im definitely a little bias as a manager myself so I have pretty high expectations but the girl who took my keys and got me set up didn't even smile once. Once I was back, I tried to ask a question pertaining to services to uphold my warranty and I got told to check my manual. the last time I came in and paid for my 24k service, I felt it was expensive and not all of it was necessary at that time frame when comparing to other services required on past cars Ive had, or family members have had. When the manager emailed me I replied to ask about it and he never got back to me, which is why I asked this time as my next apt is a large service which is even more expensive, and that was when I brushed off to check my manual and not given an answer. I had also booked in for an estimate of small damage and when I had set my apt to that time they never had a an issue, but when I came back to get my car I was told to take a card cause they didn't have time to do it on short notice. (which would have been great to know in advance as I was shuttled to work then picked up 30 minutes after I was dropped off when I could have just waited for my car if it was just an oil change) Overall, I feel every service appts seem to get worse each time or at the very least the service is not consistent. Again, my standards may be high, but I think when competition is so fierce in the car world they should be holding themselves to high customer service standards. Just because you aren't selling, does not mean you shouldn't be just as good to the customers. More

"Treated Like a Person, Not a Walking Wallet" I typically hate shopping for a car alone. Dealers will treat you so many different ways, and assume annoying things about what you want, and what yo I typically hate shopping for a car alone. Dealers will treat you so many different ways, and assume annoying things about what you want, and what you need. They will also play games to trick you into signing right away. I did not have that experience at all at Southside. Immediately as I pulled up Aaron Glena walked out and introduced himself to me. He was friendly, but listened to me and what I wanted out of my car. He was also patient - I made my decision over nearly a month and over 3-4 visits, and he said he would rather that I take my time and make the right decision. You can tell he also genuinely loves his job, which is really refreshing. He knew what he was talking about, going over all of the specs of the vehicle (and not assuming I wouldn't care about engine details etc because of my gender- which has happened to me before). Most importantly I trusted him. He will be honest, which is also rare to find in dealers. I also dealt with Kevin Kennedy for my financing. He made the financing details so clear so quickly I was amazed. I could also tell he did a lot of work behind the scenes for me (I am a special case as I just moved to Canada from the US) to make sure it would all work out without me having to pay extra fees. While I didn't interact much with Kevin - since things were so straightforward - I would highly recommend him as well. AND they added green tea to the beverage choices just for me. More

it's worth the drive! The search for the right clean Evo is hard to find. since I can't find an Evo in my Province (WHITE) I decided to look outside the province. while doi The search for the right clean Evo is hard to find. since I can't find an Evo in my Province (WHITE) I decided to look outside the province. while doing some random searches on the internet it brought me to Southside Mitsubishi website. My experience was excellent and I was entirely satisfied!! I sent an e-mail about an Evo that is for sale. the next morning, I checked my e-mail. I got an immediate response from Aaron Glena and Aaron Krusch about the Evo. we talked over the phone and e-mail. The next thing I know I am driving an Evo on my way back to MB. the whole process was smooth and seamless. Kevin Kennedy and Raman Randhawa gave me good financial advises too. they we're very professional and kind. In summary, it was really a great car buying experience!! so if you want an Evo?! go check to them out! they have it all there! from crazy perfectly wrapped Evo's in the showroom and pre owned Evo's. I'm pretty sure you'll be breaking necks on the street driving an Evo. More
