Beware of misinformation and cheating by this dealership In 2008 I bought 2 new outlanders from Southside Mitsubishi. At that time I thought I was treated with honesty, but later on found out that I was chea In 2008 I bought 2 new outlanders from Southside Mitsubishi. At that time I thought I was treated with honesty, but later on found out that I was cheated on many things that was promissed to me!! A month ago I purchased a new 2015 Lancer Evo MR and I trusted the salesperson that there is nothing wrong with the car until I droved it home ( 5 min. driving) and noticed that one of the rims has a huge scratch on the edge. My son was driving behind me home. I immediately drove back to the dealership and I was immediately ACCUSED of lying and was told that it was my fault. I told the stupid manager that night that I am not a liar and I did not do it?? He insisted that the rim is expensive and will not change it for me. I also insisted that it is not my fault and would not take the vehicle. He decided to cancel the deal instead. Then I was told by the finance guy that this white color is rare now and I will never get it from anywhere in Canada and that I should just pay for a new rim and take the car. I refused. Next day I went to the Northside location and I found several new White colors!! I ended up purchaing the vehicle from Northside. At Northside I was treated with respect and honesty and got the car with 2 thousand dollars less. I was extermely disappointed especially when nobody from Southside dealership contacted me after to apologize or say anything. What a shame. I would never ever trust Southside Mitsubishi dearlership people....and buyers be ware. The best person that works there is Mr. Harvie Mandryk in Parts. More

Great service, Friendly staff. Buying my first car was a great experience thanks to Aaron and the other staff at Southside Mitsubishi! I was expecting to feel pressured to buy (esp Buying my first car was a great experience thanks to Aaron and the other staff at Southside Mitsubishi! I was expecting to feel pressured to buy (especially being a first time buyer), but I never felt like we were being pushed around or pressured to purchase anything. Overall way beyond 10/10 experience!! I would highly recommend Southside Mitsubishi and Aaron in particular if you appreciate great, friendly, and knowledgeable service! More
