Just go to the west side mitsu bought a brand new 2014 lancer ralliart this past January. For a brand new car it has a lot of flaws right from the start. The hood rattles when idling and it stops when i push down on it. the rear passenger window also rattles, the interior looked like it got slashed at some places when i received the car, and the paint is chipping off. Now im a reasonable guy to deal with if they actually gave me the time of the day to figure out what is going on. called multiple times about the paint, brought the car in so they can take pictures and no one got back to me. I called back again a month later to figure out what was going on and the new service adviser that answered the call knew nothing on the problem and scheduled a time to call me back when she figured out what was going on. She never called. I had to call the service manager directly and he seem like he had a good head on his shoulders, but as soon as i started dealing with the service department i got screwed some more. They called me late Thursday to tell me the was ready for pick up Friday morning. They also told me they were going to call me about a shuttle to the dealership to pick up the car. They never called. I called back and the car isnt ready and everyone seems to not care whatsoever that about my car. Again they told me they would call me and now im waiting by the phone to see if i can go pick it up or take another cab to work. I'm going to wrap the car so hopefully the paint doesnt chip off again and its going to be lemon pattern... More

Waste of time and had to come in twice Car in twice second time for two days and still no reasonable results . I sent the email back advising we had been in a week later got another one. Really shows that the department does not function or commuicate well More
Thorough, fast. Very pleased, received a detailed list of all things that were looked at so I was aware of what was done. yes for sales never ever use service After buying my car from the best sales team in the land. my car has wasted away on and off the forecourt for 3 weeks waiting to be serviced. The sales team made it a pleasure to buy my car but everything falls apart as soon as any work needs doing to the car. On 1 occasion it sat for 3 days and didn't move for a paint repair. It had recently been in for a 1 hour safety recall repair after being dropped off the night before. Only to be called at 15:30 on the day of repair to say it wasn't going to be ready to collect and would be back the next day. There was no explanation or reason for why the work wasn't even started and losing the car for 2 days on a 1 hour repair is ridiculous. I didn't buy an Evo MR to have it sit in the dealership not being seen to after being booked in the week before. It's a shame the service team cannot deliver the same high rate of customer service the sales team can. I can't rate sales high enough. More
