Amazing Customer Service I recently purchased my 4th vehicle from Southside Mitsubishi. Not only do they go above and beyond with customer service, they also make your vehicle I recently purchased my 4th vehicle from Southside Mitsubishi. Not only do they go above and beyond with customer service, they also make your vehicle purchase an easy process. I initially contacted them through the website chat. I discussed my purchase with Aaron Glena and went in the next day. We looked at some different models together and that was it! I chose the one I wanted, spoke with finance and was on my way. I came back a couple hours later, signed what needed to be signed and went home with a big smile on my face. I did not feel pressured or rushed in anyway. I felt like they truly cared about the vehicle purchase and process that it entails. I would recommend Aaron in a heart beat. What a pleasure he was to deal with!
