Amazing I bought a 2015 Lancer over a month ago at this location and I can honestly say it was a wonderful experience! Aaron Glena was the sales rep who sold me this vehicle and it was just a pleasure to do business with him. He was straight up and honest and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. He didn't pressure me or push any extra bells and whistles on to me like so many others I have dealt with. He explained everything in such detail and answered every question I had. He truly went above and beyond to help me find my perfect vehicle! He has even helped me long after the sale was complete with things like with setting up service on my vehicle and ensuring I was still enjoying it, and was safe on the winter roads. Thank you Aaron. I will definitely refer people to Aaron and this dealership and I will most definitely buy from you guys again. Thank you for making this the most enjoyable experience possible!!!!! More
Very long wait! I purchased my vehicle in 2012 from Southside Mitsubishi and have been getting my Outlander serviced here ever since as I've never had any issues what I purchased my vehicle in 2012 from Southside Mitsubishi and have been getting my Outlander serviced here ever since as I've never had any issues whatsoever. Last week, I dropped off my vehicle at 0730 hours for an oil change and peace of mind inspection. I dropped off the vehicle early so I could get it back early. I didn't get a call until late afternoon that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. That was very disappointing as I think 8 hours + is a bit long for an oil change and a peace of mind inspection. I told them to address my car starter because it wasn't working while they were doing the service but it didn't seem like the mechanics took a look at it. The service clerk tried to do a couple things to no avail. I have to bring it in again on Monday and it is only a 2 year old car. It will be useless to have a car starter if I cannot use it this winter! They said that they will diagnose and take things apart for free but I may have to pay for whatever is wrong. I think thats a little bit steep considering the car isn't very old and the car starter still should work now. I would hope that they would be able to fix it for no charge considering that the car is under warranty still. I also wish that they would have fixed it while my car was in the shop. Now having to come back and waste time on a Monday is quite the hassle. I hope that they will fix the problem and hopefully not charge me. More

Great and accommodating Service department I had brought in my vehicle into the Service department at this dealership due to a recall. I had dropped it off on a Thursday. Unfortunately, there w I had brought in my vehicle into the Service department at this dealership due to a recall. I had dropped it off on a Thursday. Unfortunately, there was a mishap which resulted in the possibility of my vehicle staying over the weekend. The Service department had asked their tech guy to come in on Saturday, his day off, and they were able to get the work done that day by noon. I also had an oil change done at the same time and they agreed to throw it in for free as well. Overall, they were very accommodating and made it their effort to get my vehicle back to be asap. I greatly appreciate their work. More

Just go to the west side mitsu bought a brand new 2014 lancer ralliart this past January. For a brand new car it has a lot of flaws right from the start. The hood rattles when idling and it stops when i push down on it. the rear passenger window also rattles, the interior looked like it got slashed at some places when i received the car, and the paint is chipping off. Now im a reasonable guy to deal with if they actually gave me the time of the day to figure out what is going on. called multiple times about the paint, brought the car in so they can take pictures and no one got back to me. I called back again a month later to figure out what was going on and the new service adviser that answered the call knew nothing on the problem and scheduled a time to call me back when she figured out what was going on. She never called. I had to call the service manager directly and he seem like he had a good head on his shoulders, but as soon as i started dealing with the service department i got screwed some more. They called me late Thursday to tell me the was ready for pick up Friday morning. They also told me they were going to call me about a shuttle to the dealership to pick up the car. They never called. I called back and the car isnt ready and everyone seems to not care whatsoever that about my car. Again they told me they would call me and now im waiting by the phone to see if i can go pick it up or take another cab to work. I'm going to wrap the car so hopefully the paint doesnt chip off again and its going to be lemon pattern... More
