We are a younger couple and had felt treated differently because of it at other dealerships we had gone to. As soon as we got to SM Aaron greeted us and treated us wonderfully. He had a lot of car knowledge in general and was really friendly and fun to talk with - something you don't often get to enjoy at a dealership. In no way did I feel pressured to look at things out of our budget or to settle on a car that wasn't exactly what I was looking for like at other places. Aaron was really excited about the products and was very knowledgeable. It was a great feeling to know he honestly cared and was excited to get us a vehicle we would enjoy and love! Seeing a salesman that is passionate about what he's selling and a team that really loves what they do made us feel less pressured and nervous about the car buying experience. The car came incredibly well detailed and I was given a run down on every nook and cranny. After having the vehicle for two months now I can definitely say I love it and have had no surprises or issues in buying a used vehicle. I'm very grateful for the respectful and fun experience we had at Southside Mitsubishi and would highly recommend it to others looking. He didn't pressure me or push any extra bells and whistles on to me like so many others I have dealt with. He explained everything in such detail and answered every question I had. He truly went above and beyond to help me find my perfect vehicle! He has even helped me long after the sale was complete with things like with setting up service on my vehicle and ensuring I was still enjoying it, and was safe on the winter roads. Thank you Aaron. Very long wait! I purchased my vehicle in 2012 from Southside Mitsubishi and have been getting my Outlander serviced here ever since as I've never had any issues what I purchased my vehicle in 2012 from Southside Mitsubishi and have been getting my Outlander serviced here ever since as I've never had any issues whatsoever. Last week, I dropped off my vehicle at 0730 hours for an oil change and peace of mind inspection. I dropped off the vehicle early so I could get it back early. I didn't get a call until late afternoon that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. That was very disappointing as I think 8 hours + is a bit long for an oil change and a peace of mind inspection. Great and accommodating Service department I had brought in my vehicle into the Service department at this dealership due to a recall. I had dropped it off on a Thursday. Unfortunately, there was a mishap which resulted in the possibility of my vehicle staying over the weekend. The Service department had asked their tech guy to come in on Saturday, his day off, and they were able to get the work done that day by noon. I also had an oil change done at the same time and they agreed to throw it in for free as well. Overall, they were very accommodating and made it their effort to get my vehicle back to be asap.
