Lied about other interest rates so id settle for a "good one" yet couldnt show proof. 4 didnt even have all the bulbs workong when i left the dealer. 5 found out my work was layiing me off and when i told mitsubishi they said i was locked in and i wouldnt be getting back my deposit and at this point i hadnt even signed anything in person or through email. 6. Beyond unorganized To be honest im just glad i bought a used honda from them, cause god only knows the kind of rbull**** they would've served up if i got a mitsubishi. More
oil change was fine, but getting an appointment was hard. When I tried to book an appointment on line, I sometimes get no response back, so I show up at the time I asked for, and they have no idea who I am. Fast Friendly Service I had the paperwork started Friday morning and drove away by Saturday morning! All of the staff was ultra friendly whether saying hello or engaging in a conversation. There was no pressure to buy at all they just asked for what I wanted and accommodated me. Aaron and Cymantha were amazing to deal with and treated me like family. This is my second vehicle with Southside Mitsu, I doubt i'll go anywhere else. Thank you again for my wonderful Mirage! More

In terms of sale, I had a great experience in buying my car. I then referred someone and they've had nothing but grief with their lease. This makes me apprehensive to ever recommend again as I don't want to steer anyone in the wrong direction. When it comes to the service department, I would definitely never recommend. The person that I'm assuming was the service manager was quite a tool. I really have no better words to describe him. My car came in for a recall on airbags, and my husband who also drives a mitsu asked if his car would be affected as well and this manager was very rude and short, talking down to my husband as though it was a stupid question to ask. Really? If the airbags are malfunctioning in one model of mitsu, I think it's fair to ask. The girl who answers the phone in service is very short and snippy with zero customer service aptitude. I also asked that I get a call when my vehicle was ready for pick-up, as I was told it wouldn't take longer than 1.5 hours, as per the recall letter. Yet after 3 hours, no one called. I called them, and they said it was ready for pickup. Why could no one take 2 seconds to call me? Just poor service all around. Step it up, Mitsu. More

Absolutely horrible. I booked an appointment in at 10am. Arrived at 9:50 and talked to the service desk who had no idea what I was talking about and proceeded to take down I booked an appointment in at 10am. Arrived at 9:50 and talked to the service desk who had no idea what I was talking about and proceeded to take down all my information again. After that, they said they would call a cab even though they told me they had a shuttle service available and the cab took an hour to get me. They also told me the part for the recall was not in stock and would have to be shipped here, which is weird because i had an appointment but i said i would wait.While I waited they brought some issues to my attention that in the end would add up to about 450 of extra work ontop of the recalls that were getting done and I agreed. The guys calls me saying my car is done, then while I'm on my way, calls back and say that it actually isn't ready and that I had to come back a different day. I finally get to pick my car up and I get a bill of over 550 dollars. I also walk out to my car in the dark, check it over and realize they have taken off my special lug nuts and totally ruined them with their impact wrench. Never trust a dealership and the people who work there, they are only there to take as much money as they can and put it in their pockets. More

We are a younger couple and had felt treated My husband and I purchased a used Mitsubishi RVR two months ago from Aaron Glena at Southside Mitsubishi. We are a younger couple and had felt treated differently because of it at other dealerships we had gone to. As soon as we got to SM Aaron greeted us and treated us wonderfully. He had a lot of car knowledge in general and was really friendly and fun to talk with - something you don't often get to enjoy at a dealership. In no way did I feel pressured to look at things out of our budget or to settle on a car that wasn't exactly what I was looking for like at other places. Aaron was really excited about the products and was very knowledgeable. It was a great feeling to know he honestly cared and was excited to get us a vehicle we would enjoy and love! Seeing a salesman that is passionate about what he's selling and a team that really loves what they do made us feel less pressured and nervous about the car buying experience. The car came incredibly well detailed and I was given a run down on every nook and cranny. After having the vehicle for two months now I can definitely say I love it and have had no surprises or issues in buying a used vehicle. I'm very grateful for the respectful and fun experience we had at Southside Mitsubishi and would highly recommend it to others looking. And if you are thinking Mitsubishi and want the ins and outs of the products with every detail I would highly suggest Aaron for all your product knowledge needs! More
