Hi Mike, No, no one has contacted me to rectify the situation, although I'm not certain there's much that can be done at this point and nor was I really looking for any sort of resolution. When I purchased the car, I honestly thought that I'd always bring it in to Mitsu for service, but I can't say that I'd be too apt to do that from this point forward. Your sales staff that I'd dealt with last year were awesome, but the service department needs some work. It gives the impression that once the dealership has my money from the purchase, they don't value me much from that point forward. It's unfortunate that the service department has the ability to turn a great experience into something negative and off-putting.
