Great Service - Great attitude I went to Southside Mitsubishi on the recommendation of a co-worker and was not disappointed. The staff there were outgoing, honest and friendly. Th I went to Southside Mitsubishi on the recommendation of a co-worker and was not disappointed. The staff there were outgoing, honest and friendly. They made me feel confident in my purchase and re-assured me after some disappointing experiences in the past. They worked with me to get the SUV i wanted within my budget and I feel that they will be there to help me should any problems arise! Overall I would rate them 11 out of 10. As dealerships/service dept. goes this is by far the most satisfying experience I've encountered. Don't get me wrong, others have been satisfying also, but south side goes above and beyond!!! I was treated with profetionalism and respect... And always receive the utmost craftsmanship with there quality of work.. I own an evo X and have had absolutely no issues with the vehicle in 3 years.. Great product !!!! I've owned Ferrari/Porsche ect.. But the evo gives a driving experiece I can't disscribe... Quite the car!!!! I've have nothing but great experiences at South Side Mitsubishi!!!!!!! For me 5 stars out of 5 More

Bought my 2015 Evolution Been dealing with Aaron Glena for a couple years now, he helped me buy my 2014 Lancer GT, so when I decided it was time to get into an Evo I really di Been dealing with Aaron Glena for a couple years now, he helped me buy my 2014 Lancer GT, so when I decided it was time to get into an Evo I really didn't have look anywhere beyond Southside Mitsubishi. I'm really happy with my car and I'm really happy to go through the fun and exciting process with Aaron again. I would recommend anyone looking to get into a Mitsubishi to go see him. Very service-oriented service center! The service center does seem to actually care whether you are happy or not. As well, if the guy helping me had been any happier, I'd have reminded him The service center does seem to actually care whether you are happy or not. As well, if the guy helping me had been any happier, I'd have reminded him that he works in a dealership service center. :) He offered to put the tire on my vehicle even though the tire had been dropped off there separately earlier in the day. Saved me doing it. :) More

Overall inconvenient with poor attention to details No loaner vehicle available ever. Took outlander in for an oil change and they found my shocks we leaking. So it had to stay for a few hours longer th No loaner vehicle available ever. Took outlander in for an oil change and they found my shocks we leaking. So it had to stay for a few hours longer than I was planning. Originally was going to wait at the dealership as they did the quick oil change, so had already been sitting there 45 minutes until they said they had to keep it. Offered the shuttle home, but I had other appointments to get to that afternoon and no way to get there. Asked for loaner and was told they don't have any. Had to call my dad to taxi me around. Very inconvenient. Also no new oil change sticker on dash to remind me of next km point for next service, and the electronic service reminder was not reset, so I have no idea when my next service is do, and it's annoying to constantly see the "service overdue" on my screen. I alook disagree with what they charge for a 480000km service. I feel it is incredibly overpriced for what they do. More
