But after I have the car back, I drove it like about 10 minutes, the warning lights come on, telling me I don't have my 4-wheel drive no more and required immediate service, of course, I brought it back. I guess you knew about all this. It was repaired and the wheel alignment was off after that. I am very happy that you fix it promptly and not charge me, unlike that Eric told me if I request a wheel alignment, I have to pay for it. I am very much appreciated for what you had done for me. Now my only concern is why did the warning lights turned on? Eric told me it was a hub linkage, which wheel? since there was such a service, where is that report? Eric told me it will be mailed out to me, but it has been two weeks now. So, what are you going to tell me about this? Just some concern about my car, I still trust you guys as long as you are there. Good service Brought in my car for its 6 month maintenance check and oil change. Left my phone number so they could call me when they were finished. Also brought up an issue with one of my door/window's seal (loud wind whooshing noise when my car goes >50km/h even though both window and door are tightly shut!). Picked her up a few hours later to find her mostly clean (they missed a spot right by my driver door and did not bother with my roof) and driving smoothly. I was very impressed that they found the problem with my seal and ordered in a new one for me for replacement a few days later. All in all very satisfied with their service! More
