Exceptional Experience It was my first time buying a used vehicle and Cymantha listened to my checklist of what I required and wanted in a vehicle and provided me with optio It was my first time buying a used vehicle and Cymantha listened to my checklist of what I required and wanted in a vehicle and provided me with options that met those needs. The vehicle that I wanted came in higher than what I had budgeted for and so I thought the deal would not go through. Then the manager stepped up and offered me a price near my asking price for my trade so that I would be able to purchase the vehicle I desired. From there the financing team organized everything quickly and got me the financing I needed and Cymantha took the time to explain all the features of the vehicle I was purchasing and offered to do a follow up when needed. When I got the car home there were some issues that I had not noticed prior to purchasing it and I thought it would be a lost cause to get those items repaired. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the team at Southside Mitsubishi were willing to look into all the issues I identified and they were all repaired the next day. I was blown away by the service and friendliness of the team at Southside Mitsubishi and will definitely do business there again. Thanks so much!! More

Excellent Service Yesterday I had the due for 25000 car service. I arrived at the morning and just found out it wasn't actually booked for this day but the day after, the agent his name is Eric was more than just helpful he was happy to accept the car for the service (not sure what was the reason for booking confusion ) but Eric's attitude was fascinating! Shelter dropped me off and picked me up smoothly and well arranged. At the car pick up Eric offered me the car wash service which i didn't know that it was available and FREE!!!!. Eric Forest is a saint. I hate my car and I'd never buy another Mitsu, but whenever I come in for repairs I get to talk to Eric and that guy is pure gold. Basically, he is a I hate my car and I'd never buy another Mitsu, but whenever I come in for repairs I get to talk to Eric and that guy is pure gold. Both times I had my car serviced there I was promised a call sometime in the morning to let me know what was going on and when I might get my car back. Both times I had to call them. But the service otherwise is great! More
