Very friendly and reasonable to deal with. I will preface this review with two items: 1. I'm not an easy sell, and have had horrible experiences with vehicle salesman in the past. 2. I have high expectations for customer service, admittedly, sometimes too high. The good: The sales team are super friendly, and seem to take a genuine interest in everyone who walks through the doors. They know their product well and can offer reasonable comparisons other makes of vehicles.But lets face it, the comparisons are going to be a tad biased; it's just the nature of the beast. All three individuals I dealt with weren't pushy and were patient with me, as this is the first time I've purchased a brand new vehicle. During the "number talks", they (Brandon & Aaron) didn't try and rattle off numbers to shake me, and were for the most part clear and concise. Also given my initial budget, I didn't feel like they were trying to squeeze me for all I was worth. Definitely one of the better dealerships out there. The "meh": The servicing department seems to be the area where this falls apart. Trying to get invoices for past services (for tax purposes) was met with "I don't have time to email those to you...*hangs up phone*", followed by missed promises of service completion times (3 days of no vehicle). Also the people we've dealt with in service have just not been friendly. I've definitely dealt with worse, but sales to service is night and day. The only other negative I have is that the colour of vehicle advertised on the website (metallic peacock blue) did not match the actual colour (pearl royal blue) despite both being listed as Octane Blue. I know this is a small deal to most, but to me the colour was what got me through the doors. When confronted about it, the manager (Mike) tried convince me it was the same / lighting / computer screen when the colours were clearly different. I know he was caught of guard and since he has no control over the website he was between a rock and a hard place. I can't fault him too much but it could of been handled a bit more honestly. Conclusion: All in all, I'd recommend this dealership. If they managed to earn my business after a year and half of searching, I'm sure they can earn yours. More

Purchase of 2015 Lancer Sportback Highly recommended dealer. I visited a while ago to look at the RVR and was met by Aaron G. A couple months went by and when I returned Aaron K looked after me because Aaron G. Was out on a test drive with another customer. Aaron K was fantastic as well, very well informed. He answered all my questions while he took me out for the test drive. Both Aaron's actually stayed late, after closing helping me. I decided on the 2015 Lancer Sportback. After a quick visit with Raman in finance I left for the evening. Raman called me first thing the next day to confirm financing was approved.
