Switched my tires from winter to summer and I like that I can store my tires for a fee at the location. I always met friendly and courteous people here. Dream Car Aquirred (2009 Outlander) The Best Mitsubishi Dealership In Edmonton! So its like this, after a long hard day struggling with other dealerships to try and get into the Outla The Best Mitsubishi Dealership In Edmonton! So its like this, after a long hard day struggling with other dealerships to try and get into the Outlander that was right for me. I searched the inventory at this dealership using their website, and it was the first site that didn't have a billion pop-ups all over it. And to my amazement I found what looked like my dream vehicle. The process the happened next was unlike anything I had ever done before, I called late on Friday (7:00 pm they close at 8:00 pm), I was told that another person was interested in driving the same Outlander I was looking at online. The salesman asked me how long it would take for me to get to their location. He had told me it may be first come first served. As no deposit was on this Outlander currently. 40 Minutes later we arrived, the Outlander was so nice, it drove really well. And was very clean. It also had all the options i was looking at in other models. The "Product Ninja", that helped us was very knowledgeable, and just a good down to earth guy. Aaron G, was his name. After the test drive; It was like clockwork, and the price was right. The Ninja was able to help me secure it with a deposit, and I paid for it on Saturday, and it was mine to drive away that same day. I really wish I had come here first, but with that said, I would have never found it if I settled for something else from a different dealership. Aaron G, The Product Ninja - Evo Specialist needs recognition as he is a cut above the regular salesmen that you meet at any other dealership. He carries himself really well, and i look forward to all the communications I will be having with him in the future. More

The staff went out of their way to do everything possible to find me a car and in the end I just refinanced my current vehicle. The new staff down in Sub-Prime Lending are especially amazing at what they do. Very knowledgeable and always trying to better my experience and find me the right financing terms. Weird - dealership not prepared for our meeting with them Normally not a bad dealership at the sales or service level BUT tonight we had a meeting booked to discuss the trade-in of our current Mitsubishi for Normally not a bad dealership at the sales or service level BUT tonight we had a meeting booked to discuss the trade-in of our current Mitsubishi for a new one. The dealership had 10 days to prepare the information for us. We arrived at the appointed time and expected to meet with our salesman who would already have all the numbers for us (after all they had had our current vehicle appraised and they new which new vehicle we were interested in and they had ten days to prepare numbers for us). The dealership even phoned us in the afternoon to confirm our appointment - I agreed and we (my wife and I) showed up on time. When we arrived our salesman had no papers ready for us and no numbers for us. Then he took off without telling us why. I assume it was to talk with the sales manager but I'm not sure. We were left for twenty-five minutes with no communication, looking at the wall and listening to terrible piped in music. So, we got up and left. This is weird, we have dealt with this salesman and this dealership before and, for the most part, have been satisfied. The treatment we received was a surprise to us. More
