I am not sure about service department because I experienced one issue from the day I picked up the new car, and they said I should make appointment just after I purchased 2 days after. I am pretty sure It was quite easy issue to settle immediately, but they said come next ! Anyway I settled with my friend just after I went out service department. I didn't feel good not only because I am mechanics, but also their attitude. Car....is good anyway. More

Great service but horrible at getting back to you! I purchased my 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander here and have gotten EVERY service done at Southside Mitsubishi since Day 1. They provide great service BUT I purchased my 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander here and have gotten EVERY service done at Southside Mitsubishi since Day 1. They provide great service BUT are absolutely horrible at getting back to you when you submit a service request using their iPhone app. Being able to use the iPhone app is very important to me as I'm all about convenience. I submitted a service request using their iPhone app for my 88,000 KM service more than a week ago and have not heard back from anyone. This is the fourth time this has happened! For the past 3 times, I have ended up calling and going through my issue which defeats the purpose of using the iPhone app. This time I will not call them but will wait another few days to see if they get back to me. If not, I will take my service needs elsewhere and when I'm ready to purchase a new Outlander next year, I'll purchase it elsewhere. If the iPhone app doesn't work then take it off the Apple App Store and communicate to customers that it doesn't work! Given their track record my guess is that they will not contact me...:-( More

The warranty for Mitsubishi is unbeatable as we have heard nothing yet to compare to it as we have been looking around. We did not buy the outlander because it's just a little small for me and what I need but would have bought it that day if it was right size. Go in and check what they have and ask for Aaron you will see he is a knowledgable sales man. More
