The day came when we dropped off the car, we waited two hours for their shuttle car to drive us home and when we left the building our vehicle was still sitting outside and no one has moved it, so we were wondering why they even bothered asking us to come in at eight for the appointment. Then we waited till three and finally decided to call them and found out that nothing was done on the vehicle. The worst part was that there was no one to drive us back to the dealership so we need to ask family to drive us there to pick up our vehicle. Nothing was done and they made excuses such that the parts didn't come in etc. We made another appointment and the same thing happened. However worst part is that they kept the vehicle in the shop and we don't have anything to drive. We called and complained and they said they will get rental car for us but that did not happened, and when we called they said that people have left the building. Again we were left stranded. They promised to have the car done but again that was a lie. These guys are untrustworthy and they over charged for service. We have decided to take our car to other dealership for maintenance and would not recommend people to purchase vehicle from this dealership or go here for service. More

Asked why when I had made an appointment a week and a half earlier and told them I was going to Victoria and wanted them to service it. I have purchased 3 new vehicles and my son one in the last 8 years and always had excellent service. This was the first problem I had and service desk just said sorry. I then asked to talk to the dealership manager and ended up talking to the President, General Manager and Service Manager. Explained the issues and advised them Imwanted them to be aware of the issue and a phone call to me prior to noon to tell me they had a backlog would have resolved the issue but no phone call was not acceptable to me. They dealt with it and my car was ready within An hour and 15 minutes. Was very pleased with their support and especially Aaron Glena who saw I was having a problem and came to my assistance right at the start.. More

Worst Dealer EVER!! DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!! These guys took my old car on trade. Then they didn't pay out the loan on the trade. I spent a total of more than 100 hours on DO NOT EVER GO HERE!!! These guys took my old car on trade. Then they didn't pay out the loan on the trade. I spent a total of more than 100 hours on the phone to deal with it. I lost 2 days pay at work. I was threatened with charges of fraud. I was then robbed of $560.34 by the finance company because I had to keep making payments on a car I no longer owned. Then they promise to return the payment to me and instead make me drive all the way across town twice and only give me back $50.00. In the 3 weeks that I have owned the new car I have lost over $1000.00 so far without even making my first payment on the new one yet. Simply put, these people are the worst lying xxxx bags I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. BUYER BEWARE!!! THEY WILL SCREW YOU FOR EVERY PENNY YOU ARE WORTH!! Just wanted to add an update: It has now been another week and I just got a call from the finance company again. Yet again the loan is not paid out yet. They sent MOST of the money. I just spoke with the General Manager Mike who of coarse tried to pass the buck on to the finance company. When I said no, the arrangements had already been made but not followed through on, Mike tried to pass the buck on to me. It looks like I will now be another $218.81 out on this car as I will have to pay it if they don't. Seriously: BUYER BEWARE!! I have been all the way up to the owner of the Dealership and they still won't just finish the sale. RUN! Here's another update for you April 4, 2016. I just got another phone call from the Manager Mike over at Southside Mitsubishi. He is now threatening to post my personal information including things confidential to my credit. Be careful if you deal with these people. They will stop at NOTHING. It will be interesting to see if they actually violate the Freedom Of Information Privacy Act and post my confidential info on here. I don't care if they want to tell another side of the same story, that is their right. But my personal information posted on the internet will land Mr. Lowton in prison. Like I said earlier, BUYER BEWARE!! Update April 5, 2016. I just got off the phone with the old finance company and have confirmation that my account is all cleared up. I don't need to pay the 218.81 as South Side has paid it out. I bought the car Mar 15, 2016. Took possession Mar 18, 2016. The sale is actually complete 21 days and more than 45 phone calls and numerous text messages later on April 5, 2016. More
Poor service I am very disappointed with the service I've received from this dealership. Since new my vehicle has had a persistent rattle. 3 times I've had my car I am very disappointed with the service I've received from this dealership. Since new my vehicle has had a persistent rattle. 3 times I've had my car in to fix this issue and still it is there. I'm especially upset that during my last visit the problem was not solved, the car was not washed as I had asked, and after 6 hours of waiting I had to call the shop to check the status of the vehicle. All together another waste of a day with no resolution in sight. More

We never felt pressure and we liked it, the experience was different from any other dealer we dealt with in the past. Upgraded 2014 Outlander to 2016 Went in to take a look at the redesigned Outlander for 2016, and came away owning one. The staff made it a pleasure to decide and consummate the deal. This is now my 4th new Outlander GT from Southside, and every one has been a pleasure to own and drive. Can't say a lot about the Service Department because I seldom required them. When I did need them they were always there and performed above expectations. Look forward to my next few years with this vehicle and will definitely return for number five. More
Best Service So Far This had to be the best service session that I have had in the almost 5 years. I brought my vehicle in for an oil change. My oil was changed; they noticed that my back wiper was torn so they changed that, and they were able to repair my horn. The one thing that really surprised me was that they washed my vehicle. With my previous vehicle at another dealership, my car was washed every time I brought in. It's a little thing, but makes a huge difference. Also dealing with Eric was excellent - very professional, excellent attitude, and a good sense of humour. More
