Please feel free to call and discuss this situation when you are available. I have tried to explain all of these occurrences to you over the phone but to no avail. We lowered your interest rate over 20% from your old vehicle to your current one and even paid all fees associated with the delays that occurred because your previous bank moved locations and returned our cheque. In our heart we believe we helped you achieve the goal you set out to when you came into our dealership which was to buy a more reliable vehicle at a lower interest rate. We are sorry that you don't feel the same way.
