Dealerships get a bad reputation when it comes to service, but my experience so far (ok, I have a fairly new car so nothing major yet) has been that their pricing is very competitive and they haven't "found" any phantom problems that I suddenly need to pay for. I could not recommend them more at this point. More

The service provided was prompt and the service rep. carefully explained everything that was done, why it was done and the associated costs. He then explained upcoming service requirements and the costs that I could expect to pay. However, I object to the need for me to rate everything as excellent - this is just a way for the dealership to score big points and therefore make them look really good. In this instance, the service rep. and the service provided were excellent and that's why I gave it five stars. But sometimes the service, etc., might warrant a four star or three star but it h as to be a five star rating or nothing - this makes the dealership look marvelous when maybe it isn't. More
