Dealerships get a bad reputation when it comes to service, but my experience so far (ok, I have a fairly new car so nothing major yet) has been that their pricing is very competitive and they haven't "found" any phantom problems that I suddenly need to pay for. I could not recommend them more at this point. More

He then explained upcoming service requirements and the costs that I could expect to pay. However, I object to the need for me to rate everything as excellent - this is just a way for the dealership to score big points and therefore make them look really good. In this instance, the service rep. and the service provided were excellent and that's why I gave it five stars. But sometimes the service, etc., might warrant a four star or three star but it h as to be a five star rating or nothing - this makes the dealership look marvelous when maybe it isn't. More
