Poor quality work Had my brake pads replaced and later that week I found out that my wheel was loose. They did not tighten the wheels correctly. Disappointing service experience I had my car serviced last June 17, Friday. I was told that my car would be ready by 3pm (dropped my car at 9:30am. I was offered and booked a shuttl I had my car serviced last June 17, Friday. I was told that my car would be ready by 3pm (dropped my car at 9:30am. I was offered and booked a shuttle service to bring me home. I waited for an hour and a half, no follow ups made about the shuttle service, so I decided to call my son to pick me up. When I came back at 3pm to pick up my car, it was not yet ready. To make up for it, I was promised that my car would given some detailing on that same day, but was not done because there was not enough time. So I had it booked on June 24, Friday, 10:30am. When I went there on Tuesday, June 21, to have it re booked, one of the ladies who checked said that, I was booked but it was not specified what the appointment was for. But she said she will have him call me to confirm about the appointment, I waited until Friday, but I received no call. I was very disappointed. More
