His knowledge on every aspect of these vehicles and his passion for them left us in no doubt we were buying the right vehicle . No pressure , no attempted up sell . Will hopefully be returning next year to buy a second car from him . As for the car . Outlander 2016 . Fantastic ! Drive one before looking at anything else ! More

Super friendly and great service I had been searching for a new vehicle for awhile and visited several other dealerships before going to Mitsubishi. From the very start it was great c I had been searching for a new vehicle for awhile and visited several other dealerships before going to Mitsubishi. From the very start it was great customer service! I didn't feel overwhelmed or pushed at all during the entire experience which is why I went back the next day to purchase the vehicle. I would recommend Aaron a million times over, he was genuine and straight forward. He put in the effort to make sure I left with exactly what I wanted. The guys in finance were great too! I will definitely stick to southside Mitsubishi for all my future purchases and recommend them to everyone I know. More

Awesome Dealership; Great Customer Service! On June 14, 2016 a 16 year old kid in a truck lost control, jumped a curb and t-boned our vehicle going a certainly higher than posted speed. Luckily On June 14, 2016 a 16 year old kid in a truck lost control, jumped a curb and t-boned our vehicle going a certainly higher than posted speed. Luckily we all survived & sadly our vehicle was a total loss. We had only had our 2015 Mitsubishi Outlander for less than 6 months. A week after the accident, we went in to Southside Mitsubishi after receiving a call from the salesman we had originally dealt with (Brandon Robertson) seeing if we were okay and offering to get us back in to a new vehicle sooner than later. We went in on Tuesday, discussed all of the details, what we were seeking in the vehicle and just like the first one, ended up literally taking the one off the showroom floor that Friday; this time a 2016 Mitsubishi Outlander in a cosmic blue with all the fixings and a nice emblem on the hood repping the OUTLANDER status, plus a hitch added on at no cost. I have dealt with a few dealerships in my lifetime of driving and this one is by far the best dealership I've come across; they're always upbeat and come off more human than other dealerships. Every time that we've dropped by, we've always been treated like an old friend. I will definitely be back (hopefully never again due to the same circumstances of an accident) & will definitely rep the sales guy (Brandon Robertson for anyone interested) & the dealership! Check them out if you're looking to get in to a new ride! More
Extremely over-priced Every time we had a service interval come up for our 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander, we dreaded making the appointment, as we knew we would be spending a l Every time we had a service interval come up for our 2011 Mitsubishi Outlander, we dreaded making the appointment, as we knew we would be spending a lot more money than we needed to on basic maintenance. When my wife would take the vehicle in she would be pressured for "extras" over and above the quoted service fees and would have to call me to verify whether or not these things were necessary. In almost every situation they were not. This time was no exception, with the service department quoting over $200 for a new battery. A battery that anyone can go and pick up at Canadian Tire for $100 and install themselves, and one that I had AMA come out and install through their Battery Service for $130. Now that our new vehicle warranty is done, we will assuredly never be servicing our vehicle here again. More
