Great buyer experience My wife and I traded in 2-2013 Ram 1500 Laramie's and a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe on a 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie Limited and a 2016 Charger Scat Pack sight un My wife and I traded in 2-2013 Ram 1500 Laramie's and a 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe on a 2016 Ram 1500 Laramie Limited and a 2016 Charger Scat Pack sight unseen with only dealing with Perry over the phone from 6 hours away! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. When we got there, both vehicles were exactly as promised, price was exactly as promised and everything went smooth. We were introduced to the owner as well. Ron in the finance department was excellent. Everything was approved even before we got there and all the paperwork was ready. Dan, at the parts counter, was very knowledgeable about additional accessories we can order for our new vehicles. The parts and service manager, also named Dan but an older fellow, was also really helpful and knowledgeable. All in all, I have purchased close to 10 new Chrysler/Dodge vehicles in my life and this has to be the best experience I have ever had! I would not hesitate to recommend Southridge to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More
