Worst service ever Our truck was two weeks off warranty and under 60 000kms. The back up camera has a problem. We have never had any issues with the truck besides this. Asked if they would honour the warranty as it happened before the warranty ended. They said they would call and they did not. Had a service appointment today and waited over an hour to get the truck in for a recall. They will not fix the camera and guess what they just lost my business. Looking at getting a new 2500 and it will not be from them. I recommend you really take your business to one that cares about customer service. More

Took it in for the first service 6 months ago and waited 3 hours in the waiting area just to have an oil change done. Took it back today to get winter tires installed 2 recalls(just a 15 minute module reprogram) and my heated steering wheel is not working. Appointment was for 9am......called at 5 and all they had done was the tires. Lots of excuses both times. Advice: if you don't have the staff then don't book the appointments. Avoid this service department unless you have loads of time to waste. Southridge Chrysler you just lost a service customer and a sales customer come trade in time. More

no floor mats included with my new 2015 dodge grand caravan When I was buying my 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan it had easy clean floor mats inside, and when I decided to switch to a different color - same van, same When I was buying my 2015 Dodge Grand Caravan it had easy clean floor mats inside, and when I decided to switch to a different color - same van, same price, I did not receive any floor mats with my vehicle. And, since I purchased my van I have seen the exact same vehicle advertised with easy clean floor mats included. It seems as if the only Dodge Grand Caravan sold with no floor mats was the one sold to me. I spoke to the Sales Manager and really could not understand his reasoning of why this was the case. He told me to go to Canadian Tire and buy floor mats there. Very disappointed in the customer relations - not a dealership I am going to recommend to the two family members I know are interested in buying a new Dodge Grand Caravan in the next little while. More

Horrible I would like to preface this review and say I am a 20 year old female with a strong knowledge of vehicles and their workings. Never in my life have I I would like to preface this review and say I am a 20 year old female with a strong knowledge of vehicles and their workings. Never in my life have I been lied to, or treated in such a degrading way because of my age and gender. From the moment I walked in and spoke with one of the salesmen (no women working there expect for the receptionist) I was never called by my name, and instead was called cutie, beautiful, sexy, girlie, little girl, honey, etc. On top of that, the sales staff is uneducated and dishonest and repeatedly lied to me about various things concerning the vehicle I was interested in and surprised when I called them on it. I will admit that although misogynistic and demeaning, they have fair prices, and although mostly older men, there was one young man that did my vehicle walk through and was awesome. In the end, I purchased the vehicle I wanted, I would have gone somewhere else but what I wanted was a rather rare/limited edition and they had it, and will never be stepping foot in that dealership again. More

The repair was good but there were minor issues as the bill climbed 30 percent higher after being given a final price. When I addressed the issue they resolved it back to the original amount but then tacked on another approx. 70.00 for shop supplies and misc. The problems came when the radio/GPS unit quit working in my truck. I booked an appointment and they said it was under full warranty. When I showed up they asked for my credit card. I said no, this was warranty. They agreed that it was. They then asked for my car again. When I asked them why they said it was because they had to order a replacement unit from Dodge which would take a week. If I did not return to have it installed for any reason they were going to bill me in full. I explained to them that under a warranty I am not obligated to any financial responsibilities. They said it was their dealership policy and they did not care. When I refused to give them my card they refused to fix the warranty problem on my truck. I am at an absolute loss how you can be given a full no deductible, no cost to you manufacturers warranty and the dealer refuse to honor it without having your credit card info to charge parts to you. More
