They didnt screw around with surprise charges, fees or any of that garbage. Benefits of shopping in a small town I guess. I actually ended up with lower monthly payment on a brand new truck, but giving 4 stars on price because I always feel that I should be getting a better deal than the sales manager. More

I talk to a nice lady on reception who tells me that she'll pass on my details to Service who'll call me back. The day comes and goes, no call. So would you trust someone who can't be bothered to make a simple phone call with your $50-60,000 dollar vehicle? No thanks. Five years ago I first used this dealership and had to threaten to sue them to get a $500 deposit back, I wondered if things had changed here. Clearly not. More
