Won't ever buy another vehicle here! Purchased a "Brand New" Jeep Grande Cherokee 2014 model year in 2015. After having it for a few weeks noticed some touch up paint on the rear spoiler/ Purchased a "Brand New" Jeep Grande Cherokee 2014 model year in 2015. After having it for a few weeks noticed some touch up paint on the rear spoiler/roof line. When I questioned the Sales Manager I was told "you had to look pretty hard to find that" and was offered three oil changes as compensation. They couldn't tell where the damage came from and claimed to know nothing about it. You can't tell me that they take a vehicle worth over 65K off their lot for repairs and don't miss it or know what happened to it! Will never be back to this dealership for sales or service and I don't trust these guys as far as I can throw them...NO I do not recommend this dealership. More

Keep driving past Terrible place to bring your vehicle for service.. they don't take the time to actually look for the problems they just throw parts at it at your expe Terrible place to bring your vehicle for service.. they don't take the time to actually look for the problems they just throw parts at it at your expens even if the parts aren't broken I have caught them doing this 3 times on my truck!! And today was the last straw for me I had to tell them to roll my vehicle outside and do not touch it. So while doing this they slammed my hood so hard it broke my grill... I went in for my transmission to be serviced under warranty and guess what $300 bill for a hose that has nothing to do with transmission or they can't do warranty work. they stretched or damaged this hose by pulling my engine out last visit.. just be aware nothing but bad experience with them.. when the motor was installed again they gave me the truck back a day later they forgot to re torque some bolts and was leaking oil all over the ground.. so i had to bring it back inn to get fixed.. so the care and pride in work is gone.. how do you forget bolts... this is your job do it all the way or dont do it at all. parts department is good.. and sales is bad they wanted me to get approved on a truck before i test drive it that to me is crazy.. good luck to whomever decides to bring there vehicle there...
