I had issues with the ABS brakes on my 2018 Jeep Wrangler. Our car has been left for regular service, and in the afternoon we got a message from Tyler who was recommending some extra service such as breaks service and “hub service”, on top of oil and filter for a total of 728 CAD + taxes. After a short conversation with Tyler, who very kindly and professionally explained that these services were only recommended to prolong brakes’ life and not having any safety impact, my wife refused them, confirming only oil&filter. And here comes the incredible. She received a call from Mr Rod, who firstly asked her if she was speaking spanish (!) and after “threatening” her that not having these extra services would have invalidated the extra cover we have through a third party, following another refusal from my wife, he simply hang up the phone! Wr really hope that management can take a serious action against this employee. Obviously what happened has broken the relationship of trust with Southbank, and we are seriously considering to have out car serviced somewhere else. More

We found ourselves at Southbank Dodge in September 2022 after spending hours online trying to source the perfect vehicle to support our vanlife retirement ambitions. Having had no luck, we decided to purch after spending hours online trying to source the perfect vehicle to support our vanlife retirement ambitions. Having had no luck, we decided to purchase directly from the dealership. Our initial purchase experience was seamless, and we started our 4-8 month wait. And we waited. And waited. And waited. I should mention here that each time I popped in to the dealership for information, I was greeted courteously and professionally. Fast forward to September 2023. Global supply chain issues continued to be a problem. Worse still, somewhere along the way our order had been cancelled! Mike Thomas called and apologized personally for the error, even though it wasn't his, and vowed to make it right. Reordering with Mike was a breeze. He's forthcoming and honest, and isn't in to pushy upselling tactics. He promised to keep us informed about where things were at, and he did (when we were assigned a VIN, when the van went in to production etc). I think Mike was almost as excited as we were when our "baby" finally arrived. Pick up was fast and straightforward, and the requisite after sale meeting wasn't overly pushy. Holly and Mike were generous listeners to our upfitting plans, and took new owner photos for posterity. We'll bring our baby back to Southbank Dodge for service and look forward to seeing our new friends on our visits. Thanks Mike and all the Southbank Dodge crew for a great experience! More

The sales person, Hayley-Ann, was terrific, a good listener, understanding of our situation and wishes and considerate of our wants and needs. The sales “managers”, not so much.
