Asked me how I was and what I needed done and took my keys. We chatted a bit about new tires I may get in future. He then told me that I can wait in waiting room and if I needed a Shuttke that I could take it. Then I saw Madeline. Always smiling and happy. She also asked me how I was and what I was getting done and informed me about the Shuttke and what time it was leaving etc. she is always so kind and friendly and makes sure you are updated on the status of vehicle. Great customer service indeed.i took the Shuttke to an appointment and when was done the driver marlin came to pick me up. Also very nice and courteous. They did great job on my jeep and while I was there other staff rj brand and raad and Dan O’Neil stopped to ask me how I was and if I was taken care of. The whole staff at south bank is amazing . As I said before I’m live in brockville and I drive to Ottawa an hour away just to get service done by south bank as their work is awesome and staff is amazing. Great job guys More
