We purchased a new 2020 Jeep Wrangler from Southbank in November 2019 and are still waiting for Southbank to complete the warrantied paint repairs that were approved by the manufacturer many months ago. Countless visits and calls to their service department over the last four years with promises to set a date for our Jeep to come in within a few weeks for repairs, only to be told they are having staffing issues and they will be in touch. They don’t call back and give excuses every time we call or have sales contact us instead of service to try and sell us another new vehicle instead of fixing the one we have. More

Amazing service From the moment I was checked in until I left. I was greeted by Tyler and Dan. Tyler took my keys and got the ball rolling. He took all my info and told me to wait in waiting room. Then Dan also approached me and made sure that I was taken care of. Very knowledgeable employees. Then of course as I walked to waiting room I saw Madeline. Big smile on her face. She asked how I was doing and how’s life etc. she is always so happy and friendly and genuine. She kept me updated on my Jeep and told me about other services I can get such as cleaning and other detailing etc. also ran into Emily and rj and rod. All were very kind. Asking me if I needed anything. Rod reminded me of the detailing and bricking services and rj told me more about the anti theft devices and options I have for my jeep. All the staff knows me and my jeep and they all take core of me welll. Amazing staff. I will always come back More
I have been a loyal customer for the last 6 years with Southbank. the services department has always been exemplary until recently, when a new advisor took over the position of commercial service advisor Southbank. the services department has always been exemplary until recently, when a new advisor took over the position of commercial service advisor (RJ Brand). This guy really has an attitude problem. The 1st time I dealt with him I couldn't get a response on when my truck would be going in, when will it be ready and all answers I got was with some attitude. 2nd time I brought my van in for some work that required immediate attention the answer I got is "Well, I not sure I can get anyone to even look at it until at least noon". Even though I had scheduled this appointment several days ago and promised that it would be taken care of the 1st in at 7:30am I had to go to another service advisor to get the work done. In my line of work, customer service is #1 I have been in the service industry for over 40 years now and if I were to talk to customers the way he talks, I would be out of a job fast as this is our principle way of handling the customers, with care, understanding, patience and respect. One thing that I can guarantee is, if for one reason or another I have no choice but to have to deal with him only, I will take my business elsewhere for any service as "attitude" is not in my vocabulary. I would though like to extend my gratefulness to Tyler, Dan, Madelaine and everyone else in you shop. They are great to deal with. I hope that this matter can be resolved as soon as possible as I will have more work that will require attention soon and not swept under the carpet as many other places do. p.s.
