We went looking for a used truck with very specific options. Everyone was friendly and good to work with. We were able to test drive without a chaperone which not all dealships do. I dealt with a new service technician, Ian Woodcock - he provided great service. I also briefly dealt with Brent the service manager, as he changed the coffee machine for me. Nice to see management stepp provided great service. I also briefly dealt with Brent the service manager, as he changed the coffee machine for me. Nice to see management stepping up for things like that. Only reason I did not provide a full five star was due to the wait time. Was in for a tire swap and it took over 2 hours. With an appointment and tires being on rims - felt this was a bit too long. More
