I requested an oil change and to check the radiator antifreeze coolant and add coolant if needed. After checking the receipt, I didn’t see any mention of these services. I was also not given a verbal c antifreeze coolant and add coolant if needed. After checking the receipt, I didn’t see any mention of these services. I was also not given a verbal confirmation of what was completed. The client experience was well below my previous experiences at other places. More

Brought my car in at 8:15am for a detailing with shampoo. The car didn't get done until 12:40pm then I got a text at 1:40pm saying it was ready. I thought wow that was fast. Got there to pick it up and it's The car didn't get done until 12:40pm then I got a text at 1:40pm saying it was ready. I thought wow that was fast. Got there to pick it up and it's like it was never cleaned. Windows had hand smudges all over them. The whole back seat wasn't even vacuumed. They didn't wipe down the inside the doors either. Perhaps they should have gotten someone who does detailing to actually do the job. I guess the bright side would be that I didn't have to pay. There's no way I would have paid. I will not be returning for this service in the future. It too bad because last time I had a great job done. More
