A transparent approach is the best approach. Everyone knows the dealership holds all the cards. So the customer feels at a disadvantage right away. Of course the dealership wants to make the sale and is entitled to make a profit. However, the sales team should tone down the hipe and turn up the professionalism. More

Even if I purchase the vehicle at night, there has been no hesitation to stay a little bit after closing time to complete the transaction. I didn`t feel pressured or pushed to buy my new Jeep. Even if it was a little past the closing time of the dealer, the staff still didn`t pushed or rushed anything. The finance approval has been completed first thing the next morning because the financial institution were close at the time I signed all the documents. Very fast delivery of the vehicle (next day to the finance approval). I puchased several new vehicles and this one has to be the most pleasant transaction I did so far. Very satisfied. More
