As a person with some credit history, and not the good kind thanks to a divorce, they worked very hard to get me approved at a rate that was palatable, and filled me in on the options going forward once the credit rating went back up for refinancing at a lower rate or trading up in a couple of years at a MUCH better rate. They did a fantastic job, were personable and honest in their conversation and feedback, and made it as painless as possible for me. I'd recommend this dealership. More

I was greeted by Joey Elmakdah and proceeded to take a testdrive with him. He was very knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. I went back to see him a few days later and we started to discuss numbers.I would encourage anyone going to Southbank to search out Joey, a true pleasure to deal with. I was then passed on to Christopher Desjardins, another very knowledgeable and friendly individual. I signed the papers and after the fact there was a little confusion about one number. I was a little puzzled by one thing so I sent a quick email to Dennis Langlois. He explained everything and even went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. Engine light I brought my 2010 Journey into Southbank on Saturday Feb. 27th (without an appointment) as the engine light came on mid morning.
