Brandon was focused on my goals in purchasing this vehicle which were more room, good gas mileage and a low payment!! He followed up with me throughout the process from shaking hands on the deal to picking up my new car!! There was a small bump with the service department getting backed up pushing the time for when i picked up the vehcle by a few hours. Regardless of this mishap.. Brandon and Bruce and all the staff in the service department were very accomodating and compensated me for the delay. They really worked for us. I asked a million questions, demanded photos and updates almost daily. We wanted 1 specific vehicle but our schedules wouldn't allow us to get in for I asked a million questions, demanded photos and updates almost daily. Armando provided answers, photos, and updates and when the test drive finally happened he sold us our Jeep. After Armando we dealt with Al and he worked our file while being at home sick and came in after hours (while sick) to meet us for signing. When we went in to pick up our Jeep Armando was away on holidays, but he handed our file over to Mike. Yet another great person to deal with, answering more questions and taking good care of us in the final stage. More

Overall the experience was good, negociated fairly for my exchange, (but did'nt get the full amount I was told at the end, if I would have gotten the full amount; I would have taken a extended waranty that was offered !!!! ). But I did get a vehicule almost the same that I had. It was just a long process in getting the vehicule, being a lease a lot of paper work, and being from Qc. look like endless. But non the less Armando was professionnal and very helpfull. I would recommend Armando anytime. Merci More
