Way beyond above and beyond!! My car was sputtering and power died on the way into work. Brought it to Southbank ( obviously no appointment), spoke with Richard Gagnon who took it right in and had a mechanic take it for a test drive. We were there about 2 hours when he came out with a detailed explanation of the issue as well as a detailed price breakdown for the repair. He explained it would be about another 5 hours for the work to be completed, and asked if we wanted the shuttle to bring us home...we explained we lived in Embrun so we'd have to stick around. Turns out Richard lives in Embrun too...and proceeded to give us his car to use for the day and said he would drop our car off on his way home!!! Already sooo far above and beyond, imagine our delight when Richard dropped our car off ( after stopping to put gas in it on the way home) and we found out that on top of the repairs he had a recall done and the car completely detailed!!!! Consider me a Southbank customer for life!!!! More

They are not true to their words, would t return phone calls and did not treat the situation well. My final attempt to find out what was going on and what will be done I was offered a free oil change! "Wow". . I asked to see work orders of all the work done and was told some were kept internally and I couldn't see them. Just unbelievable experience. I will never buy from them again and would not recommend this dealer. More

We originally called Southbank and spoke with Stan about a Subaru Forester they had on the lot for a great price. Sadly that little gem was already sold. So we asked about our second pick a beautiful 2014 Jeep Compass. Stan was very helpful but we had to think about it. We had a few more questions on the Monday so I emailed the "contact us" and was responded to by Rami. He was able to answer all of my questions about the Compass and put me in contact with Cam for questions regarding my trade-in. Well I guess it is almost needless to say by we went in for a test drive and that pretty little Jeep Compass is coming home tonight. I want to thank all of the staff we had interactions with over the last week. You were great. It was nice to walk into a dealership and not feel like all the sales staff were dying for a sale. More

I didn't feel pressured but it's always good to have a second person with you when negotiating...next time. Bought the jeep, sales manager was friendly, financing was easy. I picked it up the following week and the engine light went on. My licence plate also blew off on the drive home so needless to say I was pretty upset. Southbank did the hour drive out to my place with a loaner and serviced it. The plates were replaced but unfortunately the Engine light came on again. Southbank did the hour drive out to my work this time and provided me with a loaner. Yes it was a huge inconvenience but they did their best. It came back the second time fixed and it had to do with the remote car starter. I have a Manuel transmission. They gave me a few oil change vouchers and filled the car up with gas both times. I also got a jeep faux fur hat. I was promised that before the issues so it's nice they followed up with the gift It was a shame I had to go through all that with a new vehicle but everyone was great and did their best. I would buy a vehicle from them again. Rami did a follow up to see how things were going which was appreciated. More

We were able to get a great deal on the car and everyone we dealt with was helpful and patient. We did feel that it took too long to negotiate to the final price and there was unnecessary back and forth, which took much longer than expected. We did end up with a great car, a great deal and we are very happy with our purchase. When we came in the pick up the car both Al and Stan did a great job finalizing the financials and walking us through the functionality of the new car. More
