Mike was a great sales person to deal with, no high sales pressure, was very patient and was able to answer the 100's of questions I had for him on the Jeep! I was then introduced to Decio and again was a great individual to deal with and we were able to agree on a deal fairly quickly for both the new purchase and the trade in. Oday in finance was very professional, there was no pressure selling, explained the options available and made the whole experience fairly easy. I have never shopped in Ottawa for a vehicle and were pleased when we were promptly met by Dan who took us for a test drive. Although Southbank had the vehicle we had previously test drove in Cornwall we were not pleased with the color selection of the model we preferred. Bruch promptly joined us and while discussion our must haves and differences between all the Jeep selection Bruce showed us a great Overland in the Brownstone color my husband preferred. This vehicle had wow factor and we were both immediately pleased with all it's features. thank you More
