Felt like family I had great customer service from Daniel O'Neil, Madeleine O'Neil and Chantal the shuttle driver. I received a stone on my windshield on my way to work that morning and thought I should get it fix before the freezing rain storm started that same day. They took me in and fixed two other issues on top of that. My ride to work and back with Chantal was the best shuttle service I had ever encountered. It felt like I had my personal chauffer. It was a no stress experience and felt taken cared of like I was one of their family member. Thank you gang! More
Dishonesty!! I bought a car from you in good faith. Come to find out on a trade in with another dealer that the car is worthless, due to structural damages that y I bought a car from you in good faith. Come to find out on a trade in with another dealer that the car is worthless, due to structural damages that you intentionally did not disclose at the time of sale. The only thing I was told is that there was 3,500.00$ damages to the left rear side. Now I am stuck with a car that I can't trade in and that nobody will buy due to your dishonesty. I have the car proof showing structural damage "FRAME DAMAGE"!!! Now what can you do for me!!!!! More

I had to fight to get a little more to make a deal. Sales people don't even no any info on there trucks and can't tell the differents from each truck model. Pretty sad Finance: really doesn't know his job, he had to print the paper work three times to get it right.. Also life time tires they won't live up to it, they just give you there word, which doesn't xxxx. Please go some place else, they will ruin your car buying experience. More

Although there's more issues then i'd like, every time I go in for servicing Dean is always there and always provides incredible customer service and has the patience and professionalism unlike anyone i've ever met in this industry. Today I also received a shuttle ride from Chantal and she was happy and smiling during the entire ride! She definitely brightened the experience! More
A Sincere "Thank You" I am writing to express a sincere thank you to Richard, Dan and Dean in Service reception area and Mike and Jean two of your technicians. On Friday I am writing to express a sincere thank you to Richard, Dan and Dean in Service reception area and Mike and Jean two of your technicians. On Friday afternoon Feb 3, 2017 I discovered there was a huge leak coming from the engine area of my Jeep. I was supposed to be heading out of Town that afternoon for a Tournament with my son. I drove to Southbank without an appointment. Richard, Dan and Dean were excellent in making sure the Jeep was looked at quickly. Mike, your technician who has worked on my Jeep before quickly diagnosed the issue - bad news - not drivable- needs repairs. heart sunk. Dan and Richard did their best to get it onto service. Jean, an apprentice worked steadily under the guidance of Mike in the next bay. I watched both of them work. every now and then Jean would check with Mike who was working on another vehicle. Never one to complain, Mike who always seems to have a clam demeanour reviewed the situation, gave jean a few pointers and he was back at it again. Every now and then Mike stepped in himself, again with no complaint but clam, and very efficient (he's done this before I say) and by 4 p.m. the major job was done and I was on the road. Weekend saved - I was very impressed with their teamwork, and calm manner. While there I also saw the service guys wish a happy 65th birthday to one of your long time technicians. I was moved by this gentleman words he spoke to his colleagues. he truly loved his work and being at Southbank. What I thought was going to be a long painful afternoon turned out to actually be the opposite. again much appreciated. P>S> you need an ATM machine so we can leave these guys tips! More

The extra minutes taken do make a difference and helped to work towards a positive solution. I drove the vehicle on the both city and highway conditions yesterday and I am pleased to relay that the issues have been resolved. This includes both the steering vibrations and the rear shock noises experienced. Jessica was in the van with me and we agreed that the van is driving as it should. Great news! Without comment of the sequence of events, I would like to express my gratitude to the service that Richard provides each time that I visit Southbank for service. He consistently provides timely responses and has worked hard to accommodate my family through each of my visits (we have three young girls, hence the van!). This is my 2nd new vehicle with Southbank and I look forward to continuing a good relationship with your service team for any needs that arise. Please feel free to share my comments with the team. Thank you again and I will be back into service for my next scheduled visit. More

Never quits trying I went into see Dan to get refiancing for the car I owned. I had a thought of what I wanted and Dan worked hard for 2 weeks to get me a new car at bet I went into see Dan to get refiancing for the car I owned. I had a thought of what I wanted and Dan worked hard for 2 weeks to get me a new car at better rates and keep my payments close to the same. He fought for me every step of the way.
