It was taken for a cleaning at their expense and the sales consultant "Jesse Gelineau" was kind enough to wish a happy birthday months later and also follow up months later as to the performance and condition of the vehicle. Disrespectful, Aggressive Sales Approach I went here looking to replace my vehicle. They were incredibly pushy. Almost forced me to sign a credit check waver before I even had a vehicle chose I went here looking to replace my vehicle. They were incredibly pushy. Almost forced me to sign a credit check waver before I even had a vehicle chosen. I signed after they insisted it was only a "soft hit", and not a hard one. They showed me a vehicle and then refused to talk numbers with me. They wanted to get a bank approval before even figuring out if it was affordable to me. I ended up demanding to know what rate they could likely get, and stood there in the hallway with them and worked out the payment on my phone calculator. They seemed super annoyed that I wasn't going to allow credit requests within 15 minutes of stepping in the joint, and on a Jeep I wasnt even sure that I wanted! This place tried to strong-arm me, make me flustered and take advantage of me. Don't waster your time getting manupulated into hurting your credit here. TWO DAYS after I ran outta that place, I get a notice from Equifax that there was an inquiry on my accout from these guys. I didn't even have a vehicle chosen or ask them for financing of any sort! These guys are crooks and they'll try to prey on you! I ended up buying at $35,000 Jeep from the Ford dealership down the road and am very happy. More

Knowledge of my Jeep and putting in me into my wants and needs at the price I can afford, well it was a priveledge to be serviced by Mike, I've owned many a jeep starting with my 85' Cherokee to my latest aquisition and alway fun and in the snow too. I will be returning in the next few years to get my next car from Mr Thomas. Can't wait to see the service I get. If it compares to the care I had dealing with Mke it will be a pleasure to travel back and forth from Vadreuil to SouthBank to get serviced too.
