After a day spent at various Ottawa area dealerships looking at a variety of vehicles and feeling frustrated by insincere sales personnel who didn't r After a day spent at various Ottawa area dealerships looking at a variety of vehicles and feeling frustrated by insincere sales personnel who didn't respect appointment times, knew less about their vehicles than we did, did not take the time to listen to and respect our needs and budget, we nearly didn't keep our last appointment of the day - SO glad we persevered and ended up going to meet with Brandon Dallaire at South Bank!!! From the moment we walked in, every person we interacted with was genuine, friendly and professional. We were up-front with Brandon that we were there more out of curiosity about an ad we'd heard on the radio advertising an amazing deal on in-stock trucks that we couldn't resist checking out, but assuming our budget would likely still not stretch quite to a truck just yet. Regardless, he took the time to explain the promotions available in a non-pushy way, but MOST importantly, to listen to what we would be interested in and what our budget was to see if he might have any options that would work. After some initial discussion, he set us up with a test drive, and after some additional discussions following that, was able to zero-in on a perfect option for us that included only the features that were important to us, and none that weren't, bringing it all together to meet our budget. We never once felt pressured or 'wheeled and dealed' like so many other dealerships, and Brandon was extremely knowledgeable about their products - it felt like buying a truck from a 'truck guy' - someone who didn't just sell them, but loved them and was committed to finding the right truck for us, rather than just trying to make a sale, any sale. There was no predictable, drawn out back-and-forth or 'I gotta go beg to get you a deal' game-play - just straight forward discussions and resulting quotes. What a REFRESHING dealership experience!!! Once Brandon found us the perfect vehicle and price, we dealt with Mary Josee Haviland for the financing piece and she was also very genuine, knowledgeable (even though she was only a couple of weeks in with this particular dealership!) and efficient. She was able to provide the answers to all of our questions either directly or knew exactly where to look/who to ask. She provided good information and clear explanations and instructions. Last but not least, we returned the next day following purchase to ask a few questions about accessories and some follow-ups about maintenance packages we were interested in pursuing - as it was Brandon's day off, we spoke with Bruce Cameron who was also extremely professional, helpful and above all, knowledgeable! From start to finish, our experience with South Bank was REFRESHING and enjoyable - these professionals really know how to take care of their customers - best vehicle-buying experience we've ever had! If you're looking to deal with genuine, knowledgeable and professional people for your car-buying experience, South Bank is the place to go!!! More

Good first experience buying from a dealership I called in one day and spoke to Andrij. He spent a solid 25 minutes with me on the phone answering all my questions without me feeling rushed. I decided to go in, meet him and have him show me some options. I bought a Grand Cherokee. Although I didn't buy it on my first day; he was patient and understanding. His patience and non pushy attitude allowed me time to think without feeling obligated to buy on the spot. He also picked me up from my house and drove me to the dealership the day of to pick it up. 5 out of 5 for his service. The dealership was great. With buying a vehicle this size, tires will get expensive. They were able to give me a good deal on tires and oil changes as well as a wicked financing rate. My appreciated thanks to Rami who was able to get me the best deal. The dealership also were able to get the car to me in 2 days after purchase. Overall great experience and friendly service. More

Life Lessons and Experiences - Room to Grow I have purchased from South Bank Dodge in the past few (or a few more) years a minimum of five vehicles. Each of my experiences previous to this one I have purchased from South Bank Dodge in the past few (or a few more) years a minimum of five vehicles. Each of my experiences previous to this one was amazing and nothing short of perfect. Bruce Cameron - over the years of dedicated to Dodge there is no other Sales Manager that I will deal with. I have always dealt with Bruce and have never been disappointed. Bruce is the perfect example of a dedicated employee who demonstrates the highest of ethics, honesty and integrity. As always Bruce bravo a job well done on this one. Rami Alzabri - I have dealt with Rami for a minimum of three of the last vehicles and much the same as Bruce Rami is another perfect example of a dedicated employee who demonstrates the highest of ethics, honesty and integrity. As always bravo a job well done on this one. Andrij Kandyba - let us begin by saying that Andrij did work the night before right up until 6.00 p.m. and ran out of time to answer all of my questions. We parted ways that evening with a promise from myself to meet at 10:00 a.m Sunday morning with a eventual signing of a deal and pending finance approval pick up by 5:00 p.m. Tuesday. Andrij you are good at learning about sales. That is quite evident as I see by your sales profile on line that you have been with Southbank Dodge for one month and a bit. Taught by many and by one fantastic teacher in particular Bruce Cameron. I would not take the following suggestions to heart but would the comments as a lesson in life and build on what you have learnt thus far: 1. Excitement is good but should be contained. 2. Don't be over confident but be humbled by those who choose to allow you into their small world when they are buying. 3. Try not to be over personable be polite in all aspects when dealing with people. 4. Try not to forget to fast about the one that is before you waiting for things to be finished when the delivery is due. 5. Follow through with each and every sale from A to Z which includes a full demonstration of how a vehicle runs and works. 6. Don't leave half way through a delivery and say you have two customers at your desk as walk ins and that you will be back in 10 minutes but not show up for over 45 minutes. Kind of makes one feel that "sale is done! NEXT!" Would "WE" come back and ask for you to be our salesman. Unfortunately no. 7. Would I buy again from South Bank Dodge - yes. 8.
